My partner and I stayed here for just over two weeks and I’m sad it wasn’t any longer. Everything from the communication with the owner to book our stay, to the front desk staff, to the room itself was top notch! The kitchen is stocked with the basic needs, the bed (and couch) are comfortable, and having a washing machine was the cherry on top. This apartment is tucked away in a central part of Sukhumvit with easy access to everything you might need. It truly felt like a home away from home and I would definitely stay here again!

I spent around 2 months at this location. The sleep I had there was amazing. It's a bit of walk from the main road that actually works to its advantages. It's in a quite area, when I was there I could not hear the other tenants. Everyone who works there are also really nice. The place is in a great conditions, the apartment was clean and very well equipped. And since it's at Asok, it is a very good location. I highly recommend this place!

First off, I was not asked to review:I cannot speak more highly of this place. From the owner to everyone part of this staff, it's a top notch place to live. Anne(Host) was an absolute angel. This amazing lady went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. This owner has a gem in her. People like her are the reason people come back. Along with the awesome young gentleman who worked the night shift. He would graciously open the door every time for me or help in whatever way possible. He didn't speak any English but that didn't stop him from being an amazing human!Wow, what a place! Rooms are great. My ONLY downside, and I mean most people can handle it, was the slight smell from the sewage but it would go away and was tolerable. Don't think they can totally control that. Rooms are clean, has everything you need and are a great size for two people. Enough separation to have your own space if needed. Great for long or short term travel. Internet was great too!Location is amazing! Quiet nights sleep every night and neighbors in the building were great too. Located in an amazing part of Bangkok!What a hidden gem! I WILL be back here if it's the same owner and would love to see Ann again ❤️ great experience! 5 Stars for sure!!!

I stayed here for about 6 weeks (mid-March to late April 2024) and it was great! The location is excellent, the room was very clean and well organized, and the staff (Receptionist Ann, the night doorman, and the manager) were all super nice and helpful.It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to Asoke BTS and a 10-15 minute walk to Benchakitti Park (a great place for early morning walks/runs). The area it's located in is quiet, especially at night. I would definitely stay here again.

small residence ideally located 10 minutes from the Azoke BTS station, quiet in a small cul-de-sac. the apartments are clean and functional for a reasonable price. the owner and the manager are attentive and efficient. I am often in Bangkok and I will definitely come back because I had a very good experience there

Great room furnished with everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff. A quiet area next to a great mall with MRT and BTS stations. I was also given my security deposit back which I was thankful for as some landlords in Thailand might keep. Would recommend

I stayed here for 6 months and everything was perfect. The owner and Ann at the reception were always available for any need. The apartment is modern, well maintained and clean, it has everything you need. The location is super central but in a very quiet street, I loved staying here. If I’d be in Bangkok again, would stay here for sure.

Had such a lovely experience in casa@20! I stayed there for several months, the host is incredible and very available. A lovely lady at the counter would always respond to your questions and needs and will always br there for you in case of need. She even helped me find hospital services in the area when I had a minor injury. In all my stay there I never had any complaints and the area is very quiet. The Appartment was very cosy with all the basic necessities and very very clean. There's everything you might need in the area. Definitely recommend!

Perfect location short walk to BTS, the rooms had everything and very clean. Both the owner and the lady at reception (Ann) were very friendly and helpful with anything that we needed, would definately stay here again!

I had a spectacular one-month stay at Casa @20 Studio! Khun Ann and staff are truly amazing. Her kindness, attentiveness, and help made my experience more than wonderful. The studio is perfectly located in the prime area of Asoke, offering easy access to the city center and various transportation options like BTS, MRT, Boat, etc. Despite being centrally located, the atmosphere is surprisingly quiet and serene. I'll definitely choose Casa @20 Studio again for my next visit to Thailand! Highly recommended! 👍🏼

I Rent here quite often and I am always delighted by Anand and ann's service . I am always happy to see them again.
the appartements are very clean and completely furnished. About 10 minute walk to BTS and MRT. 6 minutes if you are a fast walker.
