Stayed 4 nights at this hotel for business purpose.Hotel is clean and renovated. It was probably an apartment converted in hotel.Deluxe Room was clean and spacious for the stay.Wall are thin though, as you can hear people walking or opening the door.Staff are polite and nice.Breakfast is standard but still have good choice.Internet was good but had some disconnection for few seconds sometimes. Nothing critical. It's 5min walk down onnut mrt station.

Stayed for 7 days. On the second day, the quilt was torn. On the third day, the room card could not be entered. On the fourth day, toilet paper and water were not provided. On the fifth day, there were no towels. The only thing that was available for seven consecutive days was mine. tip

A very good hotel. The service is top notch. The food is great and the rooms are clean and up to date. Our room had an extremely comfortable bed. We enjoyed the facilities (pool, sauna, and coffee bar on site). Good quality for the money. Good location, 5 minute walk from BTS sky train station. Highly recommend staying here. We will stay here next time we are in Bangkok.

Hi all.We read the reviews and decided to check into this hotel. It is worth noting right away that before this check-in we lived in Aster Pattaya - one network and this is heaven and earth... we were very disappointed.1) location - yes, it’s not far from BTS BUT - metro prices are quite high, to get to somewhere you need to spend a lot of time. In general, it is tolerable, but if you are not active, a lazy tourist, this is not for you)2) everyone praised the breakfast - objectively the breakfast was not very good. Small selection of vegetables and fruits. There’s not much to make a sandwich out of. The only thing that saved me was the scramble that the chef prepares there. The coffee is also mediocre.3) The staff is absolutely not friendly, at the reception they won’t even look up, which is, of course, generally strange for Thailand. This is the first time we have encountered this. Let me note that we went on vacation to Thailand since 2016 and saw a lot of things. But this is the first time.4) We lived in room 302 (like some kind of luxury...))) The room is of normal size but stupid. The room was tired, the walls were shabby, the air conditioners made strange sounds, sometimes in the bathroom at night the water flowed on its own, which was scary))) in general, I practically did not sleep for 2 nights. The soundproofing of the rooms is poor. The room was dirty. The shower stall is completely surreal... to close the door you still have to draw in and exhale, the location is very unfortunate. A 60 kg wife could barely fit through the gap between the shelf with shampoo and the closing door to the shower...5) we chose, like everyone else, a hotel with a swimming pool, and in the end, when we came to this swimming pool, we were horrified by its size... it’s not a swimming pool, but a large dirty bathtub in an old abandoned children’s camp. Just like the gym - a couple of godforsaken exercise equipment on the roof, gathering dust in a glass aquarium. In general, if you have a little more money, choose another option. I note that before that we lived in Column Tower for the same money and the level was much higher than here. For two nights we paid a little more than 5000 BahtThe only plus, and even then, is the relative silence on the street.
