The subway (Tongro Station) is close, there are restaurants and spas with good reviews nearby, and I was overall satisfied.We stayed in 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms on a family trip, and the living room and kitchen were spacious and the air conditioning was great haha.At first, the only towels were the large towels set on the bed, so it would be a good idea to bring your own small towels.There were a few washing machines and dryers, but no dryers.There was no particular inconvenience during my few night stay.There is a cafe nearby that serves delicious coffee.It’s okay to have coffee delivered through Grab early in the morning👍

Everything looks good. Except for the guard at the door, there is no service mind at all. Not smiling, not welcoming Even though I was about to park the car, I pointed out and didn't come to help at all.

Place is amazing 3 bed room and 3 toilet with a kitchen! Clean and cheap, but the location abit far from bts but got mini bus ride to station

Apparently the deposit was mistaken for a tourist tax, so we paid about $100 but never got it back. Other than that it was good.

If there are a lot of people staying, the price is quite favorable! (Two double beds and two single beds each, as well as a sofa bed, suitable for about 5 to 8 people)Located in an alley, the environment is quite quiet and quiet.A deposit (can be credit card or cash) and cleaning fee are required upon check-in.The lobby is not staffed 24 hours a day, and there are guards at the entrance but there are no special controls on entry and exit...Three bedrooms, two living rooms and three bathrooms (large space), one suite with two private rooms, and the suite bathroom has a bathtub ~There is an extension cord provided in the cabinet under the TV in the living room, which is very considerate for people who have many 3C products that need to be charged.Perhaps due to environmental protection concerns, only shower gel and shampoo are provided, and other consumables need to be prepared by yourself.The kitchen is equipped with kitchenware, tableware and a microwave. There is also a washing machine and clothes drying rack in the room, which is very convenient!Smoking is not allowed in the room, but you can on the balcony.It is about 5 minutes away from BTS (E6), surrounded by currency exchange (not the best deal), 7-11, restaurants, street vendors, morning markets and spa massage shops.There is a Big C nearby which takes about half an hour to walk (distance is 800 meters) and the taxi fare is about 300.The hotel provides a tuk-tuk service to BTS. There are two time slots (closed on Saturdays) but we did not use it.

The location of the place is quite convenient, as it is only a 10-minute walk to the BTS station. However, it's important to be prepared for daily walks to the station since the free shuttle bus was never available during our entire stay. Whenever I inquired about the shuttle bus at the front desk, the staff member always claimed to have no knowledge of the driver's whereabouts, suggesting that he might be busy. It was quite frustrating not to receive any concrete information. On a positive note, I found the female staff to be very helpful, although the male staff had a rather unpleasant attitude.In addition to the transportation issues, my overall experience during the 10-day stay was marred by a significant problem. The presence of bed bugs or mites in the house made it an extremely uncomfortable stay. I was bitten repeatedly each day, which eventually led me to seek medical attention and incur expenses of approximately 2500THB. Despite the staff's attempts to address the issue by changing the bedding, the problem persisted. It seemed that the mites had infested the house, and the staff appeared to be helpless in resolving the problem. All they could offer were apologies, as there were no options for cancellations or refunds.Furthermore, it was inconvenient that there were no staff members available at the front desk 24 hours a day. Additionally, I found it inappropriate when they insisted on obtaining my credit card security code during the check-in process. Naturally, I refused to provide such sensitive information and opted to provide a cash deposit instead. It was a rather strange request and left me feeling uneasy.

The room is large and well-equipped. It was cleaned every two days during our seven-day stay. It has a washing machine, kitchen, pots, tableware, and a refrigerator., the service attitude is very good, there are tuk-tuks available every day that can take you to BTS for free, but we will still give tips~~~The only flaw is thatThere is scale inside the instant pot and there are a few ants on the table.

The night guard doesn't open the door for customers at all.Customers must open and close it themselves.Customers have to ask, can I park here? I don't care about anything, I only care about the boxing on my cell phone.(This incident happened on the night of January 1, 2023 at 1:30 a.m.

If you can withstand after check in. When you make enquiries then the staff tell you that your unit have water disruption in the evening (only our unit) then it could be a choice for your stay. Ask to change unit they tell you not avaliable. Ask for refund, the said cannot. If the unit have problems why rent it out.
