Only the location is good. The rooms are old, if you smoke on the balcony they want to keep the deposit while you ask for a balcony to smoke, they give coffee but if you drink too much we advise you to buy... flee this hotel

Excellent locationThe room is poorly ventilated and moldyRent a motorcycle from the hotel for two daysPark outside on the first day backIt was actually rented. The employee said sorry and gave us another one.Just refueled this morningAnd we have to refuel the compensated locomotives ourselvesIt was only after we persisted that the boss came forward to cheer us on.Lack of professionalism and spirit in service

Staied here two times and sill belive this to be the best option in Bangkok. Good location and the lady there is just the best. Always friendly and helpful, even for uncommon requests, she made the stay feel special.

The Nk Guesthuse is hospitality, professionalism and kindness. The mother and daughter owners make you feel at home. Their smile and their availability are exceptional. They gave me a beautiful clean room with a nice counter. I spent some relaxing days and when I return to Bangkok to fly I will come back here because they make you feel at home, thanks see you soon Domenico

Loved my stay here. The best dollar value of my trip so far.Room was gigantic, decent bathroom, a big fridge, everything I'd need.For some reason I had a queen bed plus an extra twin bed... I didn't complain hahaIt's a 5 minute walk from the busy part of Nana, but there's a 7-11 right on the corner too which was super convenient.Also, the lady at the front desk and the other staff are sweethearts.I would gladly come back in a heartbeat.

Excellent value for money in a fantastic location. Short walk down from Nana BTS and situated close to Benchakitti Park. Terminal 21 shopping mall is a short ride away or a 20 minute walk if you can handle it. There is a 7-Eleven on the corner for any conveniences needed.1000 baht cash deposit required which will be returned after checking out, provided you don't trash the room.All the staff are polite and helpful. Should always be someone on the reception. You have a code to go up the stairs and will have your own key to get in your room.The room I had was pretty large on the top floor with a balcony. There is no lift so if you're out of shape, have a disability or travelling with a large case you might struggle with the narrow stairs. Pretty quiet. I didn't hear any noise from other guests, just traffic and the odd person in the street.The double bed I had was quite firm but also very comfortable (sounds crazy) but this is normal for Thailand. Nice pillows too. Easy to fall asleep.Plenty of space, standing wardrobe and shoe rack for clothes. Aircon, fridge, TV and kettle provided in the room. Should get 2 bottle of water a day. Shower is OK but I found the handle leaks a bit from the head. Tap water smells bad, don't drink it. The WiFi was pretty good from what I remember.Bins and room are cleaned regularly.Only bad things I can think of are that although the aircon works well it looks and smells like it might need its filters inside cleaned. I also found a blood(?) stain on the bed headboard on my first night but cleaned it off with antibacterial wipes I had. A lot of ants on balcony walls outside trying to get in so be careful. A lot of the sockets in my room didn't work either.All in all it's an excellent choice for solo, duo or group travellers and tourists. Nothing that's going to blow your mind but it's comfortable, safe and in a great location with excellent connections.

The hotel isn't a star-rated establishment, and the room, while not particularly spectacular, is small and clean. Initially, there were issues with other accommodations, specifically NK2, but I was pleasantly surprised by the service at NK1. The manager, affectionately known as Mama, has a heart of gold. She treats guests like family, embodying the warmth of a mother and the care of a grandmother. Despite the initially modest room in NK2, Mama's exceptional behavior overshadowed any concerns. I'd gladly return to experience her kindness again.I have no complaints about the room at NK1 guesthouse. It's not just the room facilities that deserve praise; the atmosphere created by both property managers is truly extraordinary. Kudos to the management, and a heartfelt thanks to Mama for making our stay so memorable. Much love from us.

Location accessibility is great.There are two NKs! Check it out :)The downside to the accommodation is that there is no elevator, so it may be difficult for people with heavy luggage. It was on the 4th floor.The room was larger and cleaner than expected.I was satisfied with the refrigerator at this price :)It was also nice that there was a Seven within a 1-minute walk.The owners were very friendly!Great value for money

On my last stroll past in November of 2023 NK was open once again after COVID-19 subsided, and the local economy ticked up, i.e. the tourist returned. It appears to be under new management as OYO is now no longer listed on the hotel signs.Large rooms that are clean and equipped with a refrigerator and an electric kettle. 76 channels on a smallish but adaquate flat screen tv. My room has a small balcony, but not all do. I expected to stay for 3 weeks, but have been here almost 3 months! My flight keeps getting cancelled due to COVID-19 air travel difficulty. Had I known I would have rented a condo as I have done in the past, but this option is flexible. The staff is very nice. I like the location at the far end of the infamous Soi 4 on a quiet side Soi with a 7-11 50 meters away. Try the grilled chicken (Gai Yang) and the Som Dtam from the street food vendor in front of the British Scool under the big blue umbrella. He's there about 10:00am and gone by 4:00pm most days. Genuine Isan style cooking.

Best value for money around Soi 4.The Mama is an amazing person, will take care of you like a son (if you are someone valuing Thai people and Thai customs).The motorbikes are directly opposite. Pay 20 Baht to Pak soi' Nana (end of road crossing Sukumvit road Nana BTS).Anytime again.

Great Staff and Value - The staff are super friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and they checked us in right away. The room is simple but clean, The bed was a bit hard and there was a bit of a raw sewage smell coming from the bathroom and the latch to close its door was broken but we were able to cover the shower drain and the smell abated.

Great location for shopping - in between the kilometer of high end shopping malls towards Siam, and the more boutiques of Asok. Inside quiet alleyway right on the corner of a 7-11 for convenience. Plenty of local stall foods during the day and night along the road.Room is clean, huge, and surprisingly well equipped for the price. The hot water system is one of the few in Thailand that actually generates hot water rather than the usual lukewarm. Pressure is also amazing. Pillows are super fluffy and comfy, the fridge is cold, and bed linens and towels are absolutely clean, and a Smart TV with Netflix or Amazon.The staff are lovely and knows English quite well. Just be mindful to remind them night before if you wish your room serviced and for fresh towels. Free tea and coffee in the foyer along with another mini fridge if you need.
