Rooms are not cleaned to a good standard, and it looks like both the fitness facilities (AC not operating) and jacuzzi have both stopped being maintained. I wasn't sure of the onsen either, it didn't look clean enough or well maintained either. I don't blame the staff who work there, this is likely management running the hotel on its minimum cost. Location, appliances and price are the only positives, bts is only 5 minute walk.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the rooms are a bit dated, it offers great value for the price. The room came with a decent-sized balcony, plus a microwave and washing machine, which were really convenient. The location is fantasticโjust a 5-minute walk from Thong Lo station, making it easy to get around. The security staff downstairs were always smiling and greeting, which gave me a sense of safety throughout my stay. Overall, the hotel may not be the most modern, but for the price and location, itโs definitely a good deal.definitely donโt mind staying here next year!

Rooms are clean and big enough for 2 people. Easy to walk to sky trains and get lots of street food from locals. Staff security smiles and is helpful. If you looking where in BKK to easy-going please this one is the best place for you.

You can tell just by looking at one...^^; Don't come. This is a place with no will to operate. The system is so broken that even cleaning cannot be done unless you ask for it face to face. This place is so incomprehensibly mismanaged that a smart person would want to take over. The microwave didn't work...my dumplings rotted haha.

I spent 5 years in Thailand. This location is really great for discovering the Thonglor district, which is very nice in the evening, where Thai youth come out and are really very cool during the day. Fewer tourists here. Right next to the great โsit and wonderโ restaurant or the Tichuca rooftop. Or the club "terra" lots of live music or even the commos at 17 or 18. The sweet guy is great.

In the Japanese area, most of them are surrounded by luxury houses and itโs very quiet.The security guard was very nice and friendly.The room is a bit old and the toilet has a peculiar smell, but it will be gone in a few hours if you turn on the exhaust light.There is a microwave, sink, refrigerator, and TV with HDMI cableHowever, there is no housekeeping service. Bath towels and towels are always used.But having a separate washing machine is great!If you want to save money and live in a quiet and well-equipped place, you can choose this place.

The room was decent but had a feeling of an old place, with furniture that felt like they had been there for 20 years, which include a very old refrigerator, an old microwave oven and an uncomfortable chair. there is also a small kitchen area.The best part is that the place is pretty quiet.The worst part was the shower. the water pressure changed constantly. and when the shower head was placed in its holder the water stream was directed very high.

The location is good. But not good soundproof, I can clearly hear the voices from my neighbors. And the doors are very old style, closing the door will creat very big noise. Suggest to update doors to new ones.

It's enough if you think about cost performance.However, there are some areas where I am not satisfied with the lack of replies to emails in advance and some details.Due to the age of construction, the facilities are old, but there are no problems.Washing machine and microwave! There is also a refrigerator, so it is suitable for long-term stays.

Filthy, smells like old cigarettes and body odor. Emailed them before staying but no reply. Housekeeping? Maybe they skipped the bathroom... You will have to wake the security guard to open a lock box where your room key is and check yourself in. Old washroom, towels, and bedding. Weird screen stapled on the balcony for that cage feeling you want. It's reasonably close to thonglor BTS though and there is a great place for coffee next door.

Stay there during Songkran festival 2023, we only booked for 1 night (Thanks Godness we just stay for that long). The room was 1 BR apartment type, no amenities, no toiletries, the matrass was soo hard, poor my back..When we check this hotel trough booking site it says it was close to the nearest BTS station (Thong Lo) the reality it wasn't that close!). And if you use BTS/MRT from the DMK, be prepared to drag & lift your luggage through stairs. They have Onsen on 6th fl but when we check it, it looks like nobody ever maintain that Onsen. No slippets nor kimono or towel provided. Even the lady who received us on our check-in, didn't explaim about this facilty. What a waste.. The only Pros is It was located on the quite upper class residential, so you can sleep well without traffic noises around. Will not come back for sure

Decent little apartment in the heart of Bangkok. Furniture was dated and bit worn down. The shower didn't drain properly and the TV didn't have Netflix. The jacuzzi on the room wasn't working, the "fitness center" was 1 machine and 2 treadmills in a glass cube on the roof. And the pool, or hot spring as the called it, was only open from 5pm to 9pm.All in all this was a decent cheap apartment to rent in the heart of Thonglor but don't expect great amenities.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I booked accidentally and they wouldn't even refund me a partial payment! Great way to treat customers. . I would have spent the rest of my stay in Bangkok at this hotel but I'm taking my $ elsewhere.
