It's very clean and comfortable. The room with its own washing machine and dryer is really suitable for a long-term stay. The swimming pool is open until 22:00 in the evening, which is great.

It’s close to Phrom Phong Station. I feel like it took less than 5 minutes. First of all, it is much larger than other hotels for the price. I didn't feel any inconvenience at all when I left the suitcase open and there was a washing machine so I washed it every day. All staff are friendly. It was convenient to use the swimming pool and there was no limit to the number of towels. The bedding was clean and they cleaned it well. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. There was also Rung Rueang Pork Noodle nearby, so I had breakfast there. Famous shopping malls are also close by. Recommended for those looking for a place near Prongpom Station!

Best hotel I’ve tried in Bangkok. Price is a little higher but you get what you pay for anywhere. It’s a brand new building with modern facilities, no cleanliness issues at all, good housekeeping services, good gym.The negative was that there was a fire alarm late at night and I had to walk down 17 flights of steps which was pretty nerve rattling.

Staff don’t speak the best English and for a five star and the price I wasn’t very happy with this. Also told me it would take a maximum of 1 hour to get to the airport and took over 2. Location is miles from anywhere. Overall not for me personally. Wouldn’t stay here again

I really like the atmosphere here, open and airy. The swimming pool was beautiful with a very beautiful view. There is a complete fitness center here with a lot of equipment. The smell was good, not musty, the room was very clean and very spacious. The important thing is that every breakfast is delicious. Porridge is delicious. I really like pumpkin soup. Parking is convenient and safe. I like the security system from using the elevator and keycard to enter the room. If there is a chance, will come stay again.

Clean room. The design and environment makes you feel comfortable and like home. Great service. Got a big fridge, microwave and wash-dry machine in room which is extremely convenient. Comfy bed and pillow that’s not too soft. Big bathroom. Accessible to BTS station and some big shopping malls.

Stayed here for 10 nights. Great location not far from BTS and 3Em district, the staff were helpful especially breakfast during my recovery staff were helpful and friendly. The door men always open the door for me they were polite and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, quite large area as I booked as 1 bedroom apartment.

The distance is about 11 minutes from the station, but since the weather in Thailand is hot, 11 minutes is also hot. However, the doorman was quick to help me when I almost arrived. The room was clean and tidy. The best thing was that it had a washing machine. There are some good restaurants nearby, and I plan to come back next time I come to Thailand.

Good location hotel, very comfortable Easy to travel, near BTS Phrom Phong, easy walk to Emporium. The rooms are spacious, well proportioned, clean, decorated cleanly and pleasing to the eye. The bed and bedding are soft and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and has a tub to soak in. There is a good sized swimming pool where you can really swim. The hotel room is clean. The location is very suitable. But I'd like to give a little warning and hope you'll consider it. That day at 2 a.m. There is an alarm that there is a fire in the building. You must leave the hotel immediately. I'm on the 22nd floor. Walked down the stairs to the 1st floor, shocked and tired 😔 stood and waited for 2 hours before I could go back to the room. Must sit and wait on the floor ,I think if something like this happens the hotel should consider getting a small snack or cake. Or something small to send to guests in each room as a morale booster. It shows that the hotel cares about its customers and is responsible. It has sentimental value and the kindness of people.
