Comfortable rooms, good sizes, staff present in a good location. We feel that the establishment is a few years old.

Our last night in Bangkok this place was simply the best service we had over 14 nights Staff so helpful and friendly free shuttle service to local area use of pool free tea coffee and water 💧 absolutely worth every penny

Everything is very good. The staff is friendly. The pool is good.The only thing is the location, since we were vacationing with children, was a bit far from Sukhumvit, but there is a shuttle from the hotel to the main street, which is definitely a plus.

The hotel does not deserve such bad reviews! Cons - 1) it is located a little far for tourists from the BTS and other public transport stops (≈15 minutes walk), 2) it is located next to the red light district. This is not dangerous, but because of this there is not the best choice of cheap food, shopping, etc. around, all bars with girls. But for those who know how Bangkok works, this is 4 points out of 5! The room was great, for a reasonable price we got an apartment with a full kitchen, living room and two separate bedrooms, very family friendly. All the equipment was new and working, it was clean. A good pool right at the doorstep of the room, open until 21.00. There is a washing machine on the floor. The staff is very nice and helpful. Quiet at night, beautiful view from the window. From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., you can take a one-way free shuttle to BTS Nana. 7-11 store 5 minutes walk.

Owned by thieves.I am rating it as a long-term rental. If you are considering living here in their condos or townhouses, don't do it. The management are THE WORST.Small things that need to be fixed have to be asked at least 6 times. We have not had a working stove for 6 months. They just refuse to fix or change it. They have ancient aircon units and install only the cheapest brand, the one that is the least energy efficient.They scam you on the water and electricity rates. The government rate for power is 3.9 baht per unit, they charge their renters 7 baht per unit. Water is 7 baht per unit in Bangkok and they charge us 25 baht per unit!We negotiated for 4 baht per unit and then they sneakily raised it without discussion or a new lease.Electricity bills are 10,000 baht a month.They raised our rent without any notice from 28K a month to 40K a month. Forcing us to move out within 2 weeks.Then they stole 8000 baht of our deposit with no reason given after a month of fighting.They lie constantly and never answer emails. They refuse to give you their Line or WhatsApp contact, the only way to send them things is by email which they pretend they never received.They just don't care about people, don't do any maintenance, the places are riddled with cockroaches, and the hotel guests are noisy. It is a horrible place to live.The garbage trucks (more than one company) come every single night and park outside the townhouses. They leave the truck engine running, pumping out foul smoke for up to 45 minutes each time right into your house. Sometimes this is at 4am. The men scream and shout and walk around all the neighboring streets collecting bins.The townhouses have been cut in half horizontally, with a secret apartment stuffed into the top floor. So if you have the two bedroom townhouse on the bottom, you will have hotel guests partying and stomping around slamming doors in your house -above your bedroom - at all hours. They are on holiday and they don't care about your need for sleep.They lied to us when we first agreed to move in and told me the door to the top floor apartment was an electrical cupboard when I tried to open it. Letting us think we were renting the whole house.The pool is always full of tourists as well. Some of them really creepy (because Teja Lakeview is in the middle of the red light district).The s## tourists on Soi 4 are foul. And the street (Soi Samahan) is a public toilet for every taxi driver, tuktuk driver, and motosai driver in Nana. They all whip out their dangles in front of the kindergarten all day and night to pee.Don't do it. It is not worth it.Horrific place to stay.

I have stayed here 4 times and I have appreciated all of my stays. This recent one has been a long term stay because I feel safe and peaceful here. The manager Jay is very accommodating and the staff are kind. The location is ideal, in the middle of Soi 4. Nana but far enough away from the street and noise. It is quite at the Teja. Teja has a pool and small gym. I really question the people who complain in the reviews that the hotel is not family friendly. Please do your research, as the area Nana is not appropriate for children. You’re okay with your children seeing sex toys and freelancers every day and then complain about the local hotel? Teja is lovely and continues to improve as the owners renovate. It is safe for single women like me who stay here alone. I highly recommend Teja.

Room service is not that good. Most of the facilities are old but working.
