Nice sleeping in the twins room. The location is very good since it is near the university, so it is surrounded by many restaurants, 7/11 and other comfortable. But the hotel let us check in a little bit late.

Check in very fast just take about 5min, nearby got 711 within walking distance, and nearby is university so a lot cafe and restaurant available, less tourist get peace of mind 👍👍 will come again, get sick Lee garden area too many too many ppl

The room is clean, the bed is soft, the pillows are good, there is a pool. The accommodation is not near a convenience store. You have to drive away. There is a small pool on the 6th floor.

First stay, very impressed with the service staff. All the cleaning staff are lovely and very friendly. Feeling warm Cleanliness, clean hotel Mild fragrance. Feels comfortable and very relaxed. Next time, come back to use the service again. I'm very impressed with the service here.

Came to Hat Yai and stayed here for the first time. The location is very good, near the university convention center.Plenty of restaurants There's a lot of food.Very close to Sri Trang Market.It's convenient to walk anywhere.Breakfast is provided.The room is good, the bed is not too hard, not too soft, clearly soul-sucking.The air conditioner is very cool.Receptionist cuteBathroom appliances are good.impressedAffordable priceThere's parking, but not a lot.

Considered a great stay except for the receptionist on the night we checked in was not very helpful and welcome. Other staffs were very friendly and the maids were very nice. Breakfast was average. But overall a great stay. We stayed in Luxe room type. The bathroom door design was a bit tricky and we ended up hurting our fingers multiple times, beware if you have children.

Very helpful staff and great management at the hotel, which is great to see.Unfortunately, my room was old, and with very dirty aircon. Even though the staff was very kind and changed my room, I still couldn’t sleep well because the room is old with probably some mold inside.Positive: cover parking with direct lift access, breakfast included.Negative: old room, uncomfortable bed.Thank you again to the staff and the management for their support on trying to make my stay as enjoyable as possible 🙏

Got a more high-end room for 3 nights. Wasnt expecting anything because it's Songkran season. The system also mentioned that we will be assigned an available room so I did not get my hopes up.To my surprise, the room was better than expected, clean, spacious, big bed (they gave us one with king size), and also a bath tub. Toilet was big too.The stay really made our visit to Hatyai a good one

Stay in February 2024 in the felix room type, which has the highest price. The rooms are suitable for the price. Even though the hotel is far from tourist attractions, walking to 7-11 takes about 10 minutes, including the night market. There is a variety of food to choose from, approximately 15 minutes (walking trip, downhill, returning trip, uphill). During our stay, the swimming pool was closed for renovations. Restaurant staff provide good service. There are tables in both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned rooms. Breakfast is buffet but not very diverse. According to the size of the hotel, small size You can request a steam iron. The hotel owner is very attentive to customers.Response: Received early check in for two rooms.Things that should be greatly improved Another room had to wait to check in for 3 hours from 2 p.m.

At first I booked this place because it had a swimming pool, but when I went up to see the condition as shown in the picture, Not sure when it was last cleaned. The room was beautiful, clean, the bathroom had good water flow but it smelled of mold. The TV is unclear and very old. The WiFi is so slow that it cannot be played. Downstairs there is a nice dining room, but it's open during certain hours. The staff speak well, but there are dead cockroaches along the walkway to the room😅😅**If the school improves cleanliness it will be very good.
