If you want quiet, this hotel is not suitable for sleeping. Because there was the sound of someone opening the door all night and the sound of people talking loudly into the room. The shower water flow is low due to the old pod head. The water is warm, sometimes hot, sometimes cold.unstable

For Malaysian... It's a reasonable budget hotel, spacious, clean and good staff.. Big C Mall is just a walking distance... Went there on 15/12/23 for 3 days 2 nights... We should not give an excuse if we do not plan for what we want to get or where we want to be... there are other bigger hotels for those who like complaining, I mean no harm highlighting for improvement, but good suggestion would be good to help them to improve... if we googled upfront then, potentially we can to many good eateries places (Haadyai) like Dim Sum Chabura (from 6am to 2pm) for Breakfast, Kaitod Decha for Lunch and Khlong Hae Steamboat (4pm onwards) for Dinner, it would help you to be at those location on time... School break seasons are packed with tourists... if you wish to ride elephants and meet & take photos with the monkeys, crocodiles etc, try to be by 9am at Chang Puak Camp... Asian Night Market is where you want to grab some reasonably good clothes and food but you can bargain for better on items at Floating Market too... For Muslim, do look at your prayer time to plan for your travelling too... Taj Mahal of Thailand is a big and nice mosque though it looks new :) Check first the Halal logo before consuming as this defines who you are... have a good trip guys... respond to me if you wish to know more...

Terrible service as soon as arrived because me and my friends had to WALK UP THE STAIRS TO THE 5th AND 6th FLOOR WITH OUR BAGS AND LUGGAGES. It was Friday afternoon, just around check-in time, and they were doing a lift maintenance. The receptionists did not even say sorry or offered any other solutions, such as wait for the maintenance to be over in a moment. English was poor and they didn't attempt to convey the message at all. Instead, my tour guide was the one who had to say sorry to us and explained the situation. Thankfully everyone in the trip were young people who could climb up 6 flight of stairs. My room was at 6th floor and when I was at the 5th (with my luggage and bags), the lift was already running again. If they told us to wait for a while I would feel better but they didn't bother at all, they just let us walk up carrying heavy bags by ourselves. The room was alright.
