There is a Korean review at the bottom⬇️i stayed at the park royal suite bangkok for 2 nights(27/09/24~29/09/24). but when I came back to my room the night of 28, I saw the cockroach. so I called the night front office employee to bring anybody to catch the cockroach. A few minutes later one guy came to my room and held cockroach properly. but I called the front desk again, said that I cannot stay here anymore, wanted to change my room. but, although she accepted my requirement, she suddenly put off the phone rudely even though I didn't stop talking. so I called the front desk AGAIN!!! and asked her should I go to the downstairs to change the key card, and she answered additional information. do you think the room is unhygenic is my fault? then why did she care for the customer so rudely? I was very upset she put off the phone calls first. because when I called room service, they never did like that. and a few minutes later, one old guy gave me a room key card to change the room. I saw 3 hoteliers, but nobody didn't say sorry at all. when I packed up my luggage and go upstairs 17th floor(upgraded 8th ->17th floor), the room was bigger, but still so many flies in there. and I could shower only inside the bathtub, the water won’t come down properly. the room condition was worst I ever experienced, and the night manager’s attitude was worst I ever experienced. When I checked out the next day, another hotelier said to me sorry about the previous night issue. I finally heard ‘sorry’ from her. I said thank you to say sorry for me like this, I was very upset yesterday. additionally she said hope you visit this hotel again, but I think I cannot visit this hotel anymore. I wrote a review on the google map review corner about cockroach and her bad attitude problem, but I saw the reply from general manager Arijitt G, as a result of asking all three team members, they are all no fault. and other customers already like their services. am I other people?? they wrote like this, feel like im a fool. If the night shift manager was not rude and impolite, why I write a message from you. I also don't want to waste my time at all!!!!! watching the reply from the hotel, I also want to complain the gerneral manager Arjiitt G, and the night manager.(park royal night manager is only one when I saw. when I checked out, I asked another employee, her name is stars doto something, starts d)I made a reservation for 2 nights, but when I came back after going out at night, there were cockroaches. There is only one person working at the Park Royal night front desk. I called the front desk and told them to call the staff right away because there was Coco Roach. So the staff came and grabbed it with their bare hands(??), thanked the staff and sent it away, and then told the front desk staff on night duty that I was too scared to sleep here and asked to change rooms. I'm sorry. It's a bit more upgraded. But then what should I do? There are a lot of flies there too. Also, there is a bath tub in the shower area, so I have to go in there to take a shower, but the water flows out. It's a bit absurd that they gave me an upgrade for something like this. I thought about calling again about this, but I thought this was the best they could do, so I just held back. But when I first asked for a room change, I said I would change the room, but he was a little offended and said, yeah. He abruptly hung up the phone like this. I'm not finished talking yet?! Because of the Coco Loach issue, I saw a total of 3 people: the front desk employee who worked the night shift, the employee who came to catch the cockroaches, and the employee who came to change the key card, but not a single one said they were sorry, and instead, they behaved so rudely that it's really a waste of even one star. It was my first time seeing such a rude person while traveling in Bangkok, and I really don't want to come to Thailand again for the time being because of this memory. I don't know the name because I'm writing this right after the cockroaches showed up and the night shift staff treated me rudely. However, when I check out tomorrow, I will ask the staff and write a complaint to Booking.com where I made a reservation, I will also send an email to Park Royal Suites, and if I can, I will send a complaint letter to Park Royal Headquarters as well!! The room is really big, but it's really shabby, it's full of bugs, and it's close to Nana Station, so it's noisy. On the 8th floor, where I first stayed, there was at least no smell in the hallway, but on the 17th floor, where I changed rooms, there was a very strange odor. It's really bad news here.
