If I could give zero stars, I would. The lobby had no air conditioning, making it unbearable to stay in for any length of time. Everything felt outdated, from the decor to the facilities. The bed was so hard it felt like sleeping on a rock, and the air conditioning in the room seemed to be from my grandfather's era—barely functional and extremely noisy. I have video proof to show how outdated it was. Definitely not worth the visit or the price

The rooms still lack amenities such as sofas, tables and chairs, Wi-Fi that sometimes doesn't work, hot water kettles, hair dryers, and parking is a bit cramped.

We requested for HAIRDRYER BEFORE WECHECK IN (via AGODA) and when we arrive when we ask for it, IT IS NOT AVAILABLE!Ask me to go out and wash my hair at saloon? Ask me to go buy a new hairdryer on my own?First time i encounter HOTEL WITH NO HAIRDRYER!! I HAVENT WASH MY HAIR THE WHOLE DAY!Pls avoid coming to this HOTEL.We requested a hair dryer before check-in (via Agoda) and when we arrived and asked for a hair dryer. The hotel said they didn't have it!Do you want us to go wash our hair at the store or go buy a new hair dryer ourselves?This is the first time I've encountered a hotel that doesn't have a hair dryer! I haven't washed my hair all day!Please avoid staying at this hotel.

WORSE hotel ever in my life! Air-conditioning remote control failure, 2 nos of super small lift, poor customer service, and the best thing was I stayed with family of 4 pax but ended up 6, because of 2 big crocroach accompany us during the night!

An old hotel at the city centre area with plenty of eateries around. Beware of noisy aircond and slippery bathroom floor when wet. Simple room of minimal amenities.

The worst experience for me in Asia Grand Hotel!1)Saw two big cockroaches in the room.One at pillow one running to my luggage! As the cockroaches only came out at night ,we got rejected by the receptionist that we couldnt make any room changes as it was already late …2)Water leakage from basin3)Not enough lights,somemore is dim4)Wifi signal is weak5)No amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste.6)Room quite old ,carpet dirtyThe only thing that I satisfied is the comfortable bed and cold aircond !

The parking lot is very small and there is little parking. The room is a bit old and there is no hair dryer or hot water kettle. The location is convenient and the price is not expensive.

There are very few carparks. There is no hair dryer or even a kettle. It is very convenient to be close to Leegarden, but it is okay if you need to sleep for one night.

Although the hotel is old, the rooms are ok. It doesn't look bad. The problem is, parking is very limited. Other cars are allowed to park blocking cars under the roof😡. Deliver 3 cars to our cars; There is no valet parking. I had to wait a little while to get the car back to Malaysia.

It sucks, sucks, sucks, super sucks. I have never encountered such a bad hotel. I am completely speechless. The room is small and the toilet is small. The hotel is not clean and there are cockroaches. The most important thing is that there is no hair dryer. We went to the front desk to talk to her. If you don't have one, you won't be given one. The toilet is not clean and slippery and almost slips to death. There are people running around on it at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night. It's so loud and noisy that I can't sleep at all. The service is bad and the attitude is bad. The environment is not clean. Poor handwriting….

I had to agree with the majority. The rooms are old, they are lack of basic amenities, the walkway smells bad. They even had blackout in the building for 20 mins on my first night here. When i requested for iron and ironing board, they told us to do the ironing at the lobby just near the reception. We had to wait for our turn just like at the school dormitory and iron our garments infront of everyone that passes by. The only pro is its near to town, and the rooms are spacious and cheap. My first and last sleeping here. Just my 2 cents.
