Affordable rooms The air conditioner is cool and refreshing, but the water is not strong.

You get what you pay for. Samsung hotels only have Samsung services. There are only two multi-sockets in the room that can be used. The TV is just for decoration and cannot be turned on at all. I called the service center and was always ignored. The only saving grace was the Malay guy in the lobby. Rather enthusiastic.

WiFi is very bad. We got a very smelly room, I don't know if it was a typical smell for this area or not, what is certain is that the other rooms didn't smell as bad as I got and what was worse there were cockroaches in my room. THIS IS SO BAD! But the breakfast is very delicious...

Terrible hotel! Very bad experience! Dangerous and unsafe hotel!Checked in and went out. When back to hotel found that there was a couple in my room. & My luggage was taken out from the room.Found out is the hotel staff openy room for the couple and took my luggage out.The hotel staff is very rude and never admit for her mistake! Terrible experience!

Hotel reasonable to stay in Hatyai. Parking is quite challenging during peak days, weekends or public holidays. Need to park a bit far. If come without car, then very good hotel. In the middle of everything. If u are looking for all HALAL food uptown area (many stalls), google FLORIDA NIGHT MARKET (15min night walk), or take Grab 9Baht. Grab is damm easy to get around this area (city centre). Many coffee shops around, cafes, masaage centres, food restaurants (cheap and middle prices). Hotel has lift and its a HALAL HOTEL. All food in hotel is served HALAL.

Stayed for 7 days and 6 nights, first and last experience-Stayed for 6 nights, not even a pack of instant coffee-The smell in the toilet is terrible-The mattress is very old, it feels like sleeping on an iron net-It was noted that there was a private parking space.... The result is that you have to compete for a spot to get a parking spot.I was told that there was a private parking space, but it turned out that the parking space was on a first-come, first-served basis every day. When I checked out and picked up the car, I found that the car had been locked.

Great location - near the city centre and nice and quiet area. Money exchange (with good rate) and good massage places very close to the hotel.The facilities of the hotels are aging. The water from the bathroom was a bit brown and no shower curtain was provided. No international or USB port for international travellers. The bed was old with uncomfortable pillows. Slow WiFi and aging facilities in the lobby.

The toilet water is very brownish. The toilet flash cannot able to flash out the **** from WC and room cleaning is not done properly. The location is near to the city else the hotel is not good.

Close to famous dim-sum shop but quite away from famous Lee Garden. Suggest the hotel strictly on check out time so ppl who wanna go check in could have a better look up time for themselves.Staff couldn't even tell us when we can check in. We reached there 9am,and 230pm only managed to get into the room.
