Check in on October 12 2024, 2 superior type rooms. At a price of around 500 thousand (weekend via application) it doesn't seem worth it and far from food stalls or so on if you want to drink coffee at night or just buy snacks. The room was dirty, there was no tea / coffee in the room, only water and a water heater, the mattress which was said to be a queen bed turned out to be a single mattress combined into one and there was no mat in the bathroom. The view from the room that says there is no garden, the restaurant area is dirty, especially on the 2nd floor, it seems like this hotel doesn't have a cleaning staff. A la carte breakfast, which should be a buffet breakfast at that price.

The room wasn't clean when I went in, there were still traces of snacks as if they hadn't been swept. The water counter didn't work, it was just cold water. When I had breakfast, I came first, I had been waiting for 15 minutes, didn't Comeng come, but the one who had just arrived had just delivered his meal. I wasn't upset about it. try repairing it again....

Hi, I booked at this hotel for 2 nights. And when checking out, the receptionist team didn't inform me that my ID card was still in the lobby, and the hotel didn't inform me until 5 days later. Even though they sent my ID card the next day, in my opinion the hotel service was quite bad. Hopefully there will be improvements in the future.

The condition of the hotel is not clean... I ordered the family type but the room felt like a boarding house. First there was electricity, the wifi was having trouble calling the hotel staff 3 times, plus the staff was friendly. The food is quite good, but the wait is also quite long.

I am one of the victims of TikTok.Honestly the place is nice, aesthetic. The location also faces the city light. It's just that the quality of the materials used is poor, the stairs look like the cement is stuck together. To get to the room via small stairs so you have to lift the suitcase.The stickers in the room are like kopecks. And there are many more things that make you uncomfortableQuite disappointed with the managementIn conclusion1. The building looks like it is not well maintained (wall stickers are torn, curtains are torn, the stairs are not maintained, there is a lift to get to the roof top, it's really scary because of the sound, and there is no emergency stair access from the roof top)2. Breakfast by request (only get 1 menu) but the food is quite delicious3. WATER HEATER GAJELAS 😠every 5 seconds it gets 2x hotter. It's even better to use hot water and it almost makes you scald. The settings are also reversed, hot water to the left (still sorry because there is a note)4. Dusty DIRTY ROOM to be more precise5. Smelly bedsheets. I got a twin roomA smelly and dusty mattress makes it uncomfortable for the nose (even though my nose is not sensitive)One mattress is better and can still be used to sleep on6. Find your own trash. There's no problem with the kndm, but why don't you clean it thoroughly?7. The sink was pooling when I just checked in. There was a puddle of water in the sink. When I pressed the bottom, it was slippery, as if I hadn't cleaned it for a long time (as a result, I didn't use a washing machine)Hopefully this can make the owners/managers care more about their place. Because to be honest, it's very good in terms of location, etc. It's just not well maintained
