The price displayed is not the actual price. The cheapest room is 100k. If you pay less online, you will have to complete it on site.

The room doesn't match the one in the photo and the price doesn't match the application and the service is bad, when I wanted to check out the father wasn't active so he wanted to travel out of town so he was late, very disappointed

The guy tells us a much more expensive price to arrive on site, apart from the fact that I booked online and already paid, he doesn't want to know anything and tells us to call Agoda or booking, I don't see what he would tell me other than low you have settled 😂, the guy and enter my room in my absence to flee he is a glock at the highest point

Do not go there, on arrival the owner asks for double the price in cash or to manage to get a refund, we left our belongings for two days to go to Bromo, on our return we realized that the gentleman who, among other things, does not speak a word of English had entered our room… to flee

Don't come here guys!!!! Read reviews first before deciding to book. Really got scammed with this online - offline lodging booking method. We also had the same experience as the reviewers before us with the addition that the room electricity went dead around dawn and there were no staff to be found at this inn. Plus our bathroom was filled with half a dozen live cockroaches that scurried around when the lights were turned on

Fraudulent hoax, Jan until check out in the application. When we got to the hotel we were told to add 90% to the fee. The application cannot be refunded. HOAX!!!! FRAUD!!!

Prices vary by application. Customers are told to bother taking care of their own refunds. The rooms are not very clean either. The business owner is not friendly. So we pay double for the application and the price of 1 room

Trash accommodation, the order on Agoda was confirmed, when I arrived at the location the staff said I didn't want it because it was too cheap, but didn't want to cancel and couldn't get a refund, they said the cheapest was 100 thousand, the staff said if you wanted you could get 100 thousand in cash later from Agoda you could refund the difference in cash. OK, paid 100 cash. After receiving the money, we didn't give a note, then the staff were left and even when we checked out there was no one at the location and we didn't get a refund at all, it really felt like we paid on Agoda + 100 thousand extortion and what's worse is there? there were other guests so it felt like a test of courage. Hopefully there are no other victims like me. Especially people who are far from outside the city need a break. Please people read this before deciding to check in here.
