Syama Mansion Sukhumvit , an Aspira Collection

Syama Mansion is located in a bustling, trendy fabulous location: Sukhumvit, a simple five minutes walk away from EmSphere, a diverse modern trendy shopping mall and only a ten minute walk to BTS Skytrain station Phrom Phong.I stayed two nights at Syama Mansion and loved it.Upon checking-in which was extremely smooth , I was briefed on the complimentary hospitality beverages being being freshly dispensed choice of coffees, or tea plus a cute ice machine dispensor complete with a funky ice bucket to take to my room.The hostess who accompanied me to the elevator described the mesmerizing quirky spacious lobby with its choice of seating options and abundance of Thai artefacts to keep one engrossed. I had booked a Premier Corner Room, which was located on the sixth floor. Upon entering I was delighted with my choice as the the landscape view of the city was inspiring, plus the room was filled with natural daylight. The room itself while compact certainly proved functional, enough space to work, super fast uninterrupted WiFi all complete with complimentary soft drinks or mineral water. The Wet-Room, stocked with razor/cream, toothbrush/toothpaste (even a comb for those who are not follically challenged) was great, takes away the hassle experienced in other hotels of having to request such items. The shower was invigorating consistent water pressure that retained the set water temperature throughout my stay.The choice of soft or firm pillows is a nice touch plus the firm mattress ensured a good slumber leaving me refreshed the next morning full of energy to explore this vibrant city.What i really enjoyed about my stay was the ambience in the lobby, a sense of calm, great WiFi plus the choice of sitting on the outdoor terrace to enjoy an Espresso, while embracing the local culture on Soi 33. Oh, there's also a snooker/pool table, board games and not one but two Naga statues that are worth reading about to understand the mythical stories of this amazing culture.All in all a wonderful, comfortable stay made more so by the genuine hospitality of the hosts, who were very patient and provided tremendous insights on how to navigate this vibrant city with ease, plus a few local tips to keep me on track on getting to meetings on time.For me I think the Syama Mansion is in the best location. It's in Sukhumvit, a highly popular location, it's clean, it's safe plus excellent choice of shopping malls all within walking distance.It only took 45 minutes to reach the international airport.Until the next time thank you Syama Mansion for a great stay.
