We loved every single detail about this hotel. A little quiet gem perfectly nested in the middle of Canggu. Rooms are perfectly crafted and every single detail made our stay more enjoyable especially the lovely staff who cared and catered to all of our needs seemlessly. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

La Reserve 1785 is absolutely stunning. The rooms, service, the pool were beyond our expectation. We were after a relaxing 5 days for our holiday and it didn’t disappoint. The breakfast was generous, great range of options and delicious. The location is great to explore other restaurants in the area. The staff were attentive and made our stay memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

I requested a pick-up service from Korea to the airport, and it was great from then on. He confirmed it several times via WhatsApp and there was no problem meeting the driver. Hotel is pretty. I don’t use Instagram, but if I do, I’m satisfied. Wifi works well. Good water pressure. All staff are very friendly, remember each guest and provide personalized service. The swimming pool is pretty and not crowded, so you can swim. Rice is delicious. Breakfast is delicious, but room service is also very good… Massage good. It's also recommended for introverts who don't want to talk on the phone because it responds immediately when you send a text message through WhatsApp. There is a buggy service in the nearby neighborhood. They said they would come pick me up if I contacted them via WhatsApp, but in fact, they came back in Gojek. Service after check-out was also very good. It was a late night flight, so I left my luggage and went out, and they asked me if I wanted to use the shower room. I was touched.

This hotel and especially its well-trained staff deserves the best rating available here. What you get here is the kind of service and quality you expect from a luxury hotel: You will never get a ‘No’ as a response, the staff will just make it happen somehow even if it’s not on the menu or not handy, they will make every effort necessary to fulfill your request. This is what sets excellent hotels apart from other hotels in this price range with nice facilities, great location, spacious and very clean rooms and top-notch food. You will find all of this here as well but what stands out is the service! Enjoy!!

Utterly fantastic. We stayed here for 3 wonderful nights and we didn’t want to leave. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, with everything you could ever need. The WhatsApp concierge service was a massive comfort, with room service, restaurant bookings, advice, and anything you could need seconds away. The staff couldn’t have been more nice and welcoming. We had massages in the beautiful spa every day and also ate at the restaurant (poolside) twice. Breakfast and afternoon tea was superb too. Can’t wait to come back.

La Reserve is a really excellent hotel, with great attention to detail, luxurious quality in furnishings, service and food. Particularly noteworthy is the outstanding staff, who address you by name from day 1. The villas are very, very spacious, clean and quiet. In the evening the beds are prepared, mosquito repellent plugs are installed, the mosquito net is drawn - more service cannot be expected. The breakfast is a la carte and excellent. The shuttle service, which drove us around Pererenan and picked us up at any time, was also very convenient. We will definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

It's a magical place.. a true oasis in the middle of pererenan area , you can go anywhere nearby with the buggy service.. we liked everything from the perfect service , clean and well designed room to the delicious all day breakfast.. 3 magnificent night spent here ❤️

We were there in August 2024 - we can more than recommend this hotel. Rarely is a hotel so in love with individual details. A golden charging cable is even provided to guests there. We travel a lot and like to stay in great 5 star hotels, but this hotel is almost worth more. The staff are extremely kind and friendly - they can speak different languages and you will be pampered there so warmly. 120 out of 100 points :-)
