1. Sorry I can't give you a good rate even though the hotel concept is already okay. because the hotel is short of water. On the first day, water was already difficult. the water often turns off, only hot water is available which is really hot, but if you use it for a shower it will scald your entire body. the sink water is dead, the spray near the toilet is also dead. even though that was the most important thing, and on the last day before checkout I couldn't shower because there was no water, even though I was asked to wait until noon, I couldn't wait until noon, because at 10 am I already had to go to the station. I got room number 306, so if someone gets this room later, maybe they can just ask for a change. I don't know whether other rooms also have similar problems or not.2. The receptionist is very rarely there, there is no number to call either. There's also no telephone in the room, there's no number you can call if you need anything. So if you want anything, you have to go to the receptionist who was there, who is also there.3. On the second day I left the key with the receptionist because the room wanted to be tidied up, but when we went back in the evening the receptionist wasn't there, and the key to the guest's room was just left on the table and anyone could take it. Just imagine, we didn't have the receptionist's number, then at night the receptionist wasn't there, and then our keys were just left on the table (there was a place, but still anyone could take them, because we ended up taking them because we were waiting for the receptionist to come). didn't come). When I wanted to check out there was no one guarding the receptionist. Luckily they don't use a deposit system, because if they used a deposit system you would have to wait. So we also checked out without meeting the hotel staff, we were asked to leave our room key at the receptionist's desk because the guys didn't know what was guarding the parking lot or what. There are no security officers either. So that's fine.4. In the room it says no smoking room, but there is an ashtray where the cigarette butts haven't been thrown away. chose this hotel because there were no other hotel choices because it might be the Christmas holiday, even though access to everywhere was quite close. But if there is another hotel, it seems better to go to another hotel. Water is the most fatal.

not very friendly for families I guess? because the room is only the size of a container, and the bathroom is only separated by glass. sadly, there was a room where the curtains couldn't be opened. the bathroom shower also leaked, so the bathroom was muddy. the mattress is quite softif you want to stay here, you need to consider wisely about the date. because on Saturday, the cafe on the 1st floor is quite loud playing a live music

This hotel is NOT REALLY, NOT RECOMMENDED.with a price of almost 500 thousand it feels VERY EXPENSIVE because it is not balanced with the facilities provided.From the moment you entered, you couldn't see any signs of life, looking for the reception office, it was difficult to hide in the garage.The bed sheets, pillows, blankets didn't seem to have been replaced by previous guests.There weren't any toothbrushes, toothpaste or tissues, you had to ask downstairs first because there was no telephone.Moreover, I never thought of sandals at this hotel.There is a water heater, there are cups, there is sachet coffee but there is no spoon.Downstairs there is a bar with very loud music until dawn, even though this is Eid night there is no respect for the mosque which is celebrating prayers.Regret choosing this hotel.Never mind the price of 500 thousand, 100 thousand won't want to come here again.

Urban is one of the most cozy hangout places in Bandung. The concept is a food court, offering various choices of food, drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.The price is quite affordable.The location is very strategic and easy to reach, on Jalan Merdeka, opposite Bandung Indah Plaza.Public facilities are available such as parking areas, toilets, and sometimes there is live music. The service is very good, the staff is very friendly.

Good in concept, lacking in terms of maintenance. This was the impression during my stay at Urban. This hotel could actually be a strong challenger to Bobobox or other budget hotels, because it has a unique concept and a very interesting location. However, the treatment is far from optimal, making it a difficult choice.The first thing is access information when checking in. The lack of signage found to find the location of the receptionist to the room will certainly confuse some people. Luckily the check-in process was short and no deposit was required.The room itself is actually relatively comfortable for sleeping. There is a cold air conditioner, an Android TV which of course can be used to watch Netflix (using your own account), a wide bed, and even a water heater kettle is available. For a hotel with a rate of IDR 250 thousand per night, this is okay. Unfortunately, again there is a word unfortunately, rusty spots in the bathroom make it look dirty. It is no longer a contemporary style accommodation. Bother? Oh yeah, of course. Because it is very visible to the eye. Although I still give it a thumbs up, the hot water can flow and the towels provided are quite fragrant. Oh yes, don't forget to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. If necessary, bring your own shampoo or soap too, because what is in the bathroom is not explained whether it is shampoo or soap or just hand washing soap.The two points that I noted as positive points were the location and the internet. The location is very pampering. If you want to go to BIP, BEC, Gramedia, Jalan Riau, you can just drive. Looking for culinary delights? Downstairs many choices of cafes or bars. Oh yes, because below there are lots of cafes and bars, and the rooms here are not soundproof, so at night you can often hear lots of noise from visitors to the cafe or bar below.For the internet, it's really great. Speeds are in the range of 30 - 40 Mbps, so they are sufficient for streaming on cellphones or Smart TVs. Yes, it is not uncommon for hotels to use Smart TVs but the internet speed is inadequate. As a result, the Smart TV is less functional. Now in Urban, because the internet speed is adequate and stable, watching on the Smart TV in the room is fun. For this point, a thumbs up is again given.So yeah that's it. The good thing is that if there is a lack of care, its goodness will certainly decrease. On the contrary, if something is not good but with maximum care and evaluation, it will get better. It's up to Urban himself to choose, which one do you want to be?I myself, if the conditions were still the same, would think again and again about wanting to stay here again. Because yes, there are many other choices that are cleaner so that it creates a more comfortable feeling when spending the night.
