When I woke up my body was itchy and swollen because there were lots of fleas on the mattress, blanket and pillow even though I ordered a Deluxe room which is the best category. Asked to change rooms and was also given a room that was leaking and smelled bad. In my opinion, it is not suitable to be called a hotel

It's very uncomfortable if the room is ok and spacious. But the mattress and pillows are full of bed bugs... how can I rest?
