Checked in with no problems, guy at the reception desk was really nice and helpful. The location was right next to a mall... however; We go into our room, and the bathroom stinks. The water has black stuff floating in it. There was hair all over the floor. The duvet didn't have a sheet on it, so god knows how dirty it was, me and my partner both felt as if little insects were jumping all over us as we slept. There were marks all over the walls. It did the job for staying one night, but I would discourage others from staying here for long periods of time.

Actually, it is highly recommended for those who want to go on holiday to Mataram, LombokThe location of the accommodation is near Epicentrum Mall, only 5 minutes walk πAmple parking, rooms are quite big, cleanIt's really unfortunate, last July I ordered a room for 28-30 September 2024, I had already traveled from Java, I was about to cross from Bali Padang Bay to Lombok, suddenly I got a WA, my room was canceled (very strange, I already paid I went to Agoda, suddenly the accommodation was full, isn't it funny? I was told to wait for an email from Agoda regarding cancellation notification, for several hours there was no email, I took the initiative to call Agoda, Agoda was also confused, the accommodation said there was no information, strange That's right, the hotel actually offered me another accommodation, the price was 2x the price I booked)I suspect that these rooms are still being bought and sold in months where there are events even though they need to be booked (yesterday was the Mandalika MotoGP event) at a much more expensive priceIn the end, Agoda gave me another hotel option, I just accepted it instead of sleeping at a gas station π€£Honestly, I'm really disappointed, even though last year I stayed here very satisfied, off the main road on the right and left selling food, Indomart etc.I don't know what happened this time, hopefully the management can be improved, it's a pity if prospective accommodation is sacrificed, right?

Come to the accommodation at 4 pm. As soon as I entered the room it turned out the TV wasn't on. Direct information to the receptionist. Waited for 1 hour with no response. We also informed the front desk again. I'm wondering if I've changed shifts and the previous receptionist didn't give any information to the receptionist who was on the new shift. Explanation of the new reception: "I haven't paid for K-Vision so I can't use the TV."Communication with the new recipe was really not good. There was no apology or thank you from him.In the morning, the receptionist turned on music which tended to be loud. Really annoying. 30 minutes before checking out, the receptionist knocked on the door and immediately opened the door, the door was not locked because the room key was used in the toilet which cannot be opened without a key.Really not friendly. This is our third stay and we won't be coming back because the service was zero. I have complained to the number listed and there has been no response. Think about whether you want to stay here. There are many places with similar prices where the service is more adequate. Sorry to say it's really not worth it.
