The accommodation is at Sutthisan MRT station.Can walk for 5-8 minutes, convenient.The rooms are spacious, clean, inexpensive, worth the price.The bathroom is spacious, with separate wet and dry zones. There are toiletries.A wide closet is provided. (No hangers) There is also 1 additional pillow.Parking for approximately 5-6 cars.

The room smells very musty. Even if you spray it, it won't go away. The bathroom is dirty. The mattress and bed linen have both stains and dust. The refrigerator is moldy. There was no water available. The phone doesn't work. You have to walk down and ask for water at the counter yourself. The hotel should check the room completely before opening it to customers. Booked and paid for 3 days, canceled and changed hotel!!!

For the price point, it’s a good value BUT there can be some improvements overall.In the hospitality business, it’s quite standard that the front desk and anyone should greet you but in this case, that was never a thing here. Secondly, the room had very minimal lighting which made it hard to see throughout the night. There was only 1 main light for the room but it was very dimmed. When checking in, there was simply no instructions on how to get to room or even about the wifi password. This should be a standard procedure as well.Other than that, everything was good. Location was close to many food vendors, and there are markets 10 mins walk away. MRT is just a short distance away and plenty of 7-11 shops around.Would we stay here again? Probably not but I would recommend it if you’re on a budget and have no expectations.

For the price you pay, this is the best in this area with a quiet place surrounded by street food, shops at KFC MacDonald, and mini markets on every corner. Purpose-built building with a modern style and neat interiors and corridors. Don't expect a grand entrance and facilities. It has a friendly reception and a cleaner to show me how to use the TV here.

The room is big and clean, there's a 32" tv, mini fridge, electric kettle, 2 bottles of mineral water, 3 electric sockets, a dressing table and chair. All are working normally including the hot shower, toilet flush and aircon. The bathroom also came with 2 clean towels, brush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo and body wash. Only complaint is the wifi is slow, max out at 0.20 mbps down. So you can't do any YouTube, only normal web browsing. I didn't encounter any noise issues as mentioned by some reviewers.

It's good value for the money and you are not far from the metro, restaurants and markets. But it's an extremely noisy place, just so you are aware. The internet is pretty bad too. The staff seems very nice.

Very cheap but the quilt looked dirty. The waiter was very kind and there was an old dog at the door. The location is very close to the MRT. There are many vendors downstairs early in the morning. Places with high CP value

I'd like to deduct 2 stars. The room looks very good, beautifully arranged, spacious, clean, has a refrigerator and all other things, clean bathroom, has a lift, good location near MRT, inexpensive price. Deducted a star because there is no payment line. The room is not soundproof. There are a lot of cap parking spaces. Suitable for people who don't bring a car. Date of stay In the morning I got a call to come move the car. It's really not okay to have to get up and move the car like this. But everything else is impressive.

I have been a regular customer for almost 10 years. I am impressed by the reception staff, cleanliness, convenient transportation, calmness, no hassle, and most importantly, both the owner and the children. Employees are kind to animals."P'Suea" is a kind-hearted elderly dog who sleeps in front of the door. Welcoming customers Sometimes he went to sleep inside, causing some guests to be dissatisfied. Went to write a not-so-nice comment. We can understand that not everyone loves dogs. But I'm still happy that the business owner is still kind to P' Suea. You can only stay outside.If anyone comes to stay here and don't hate dogs You can play with Phi Suea.

I really don't understand why the ratings here are so good.There are hairs, cobwebs, and dust everywhere. The coffee pot was difficult to even touch.Still, the bedding looked clean, but when I lifted it up, there was a light yellow stain… .The room is quite large, but there is no interior design, just painted walls, so the room feels a bit empty and empty.The biggest problem is the noise. Because of the noise, I deliberately made a reservation for a place slightly off the main road, but the windows are almost not soundproof, and the noise of motorcycles is loud, probably because it is a straight alley. And what was worse than that was that there was a strange rumbling sound all night long, whether the pigeon's nest was on the roof or next door, and it was really bizarre and painful. The sound of the elevator arriving is also louder than it actually is because the hallway is empty.In addition to the noise from the next room or the road, various noises subtly echoed through the room in the hallway, which was a truly amazing experience.Pros: Close to the station.
