I was waiting somos one hour in the street because there was nobody in Recepcion either anywhere , then finally found a English couple coming out from the place and ask them for help , they gave me one wassap number to contact someone . No hot water , no towels, not clean , won’t repeat .

I booked this hotel temporarily because I was looking for accommodation when I arrived in Kuta. The location of the room is very good. It is very convenient to go out. The room is also large, with air conditioning and hot water.But in terms of cost performance, the details at this price point can be better. For example, the door is made of glass. Even though it is blocked by bamboo mats, I can still see clearly from the outside of my room. Secondly, the shower in the bathroom is too high. Doesn't the height of Asians have to be taken into consideration? Also, the charging plug in the room is inconvenient. The equipment and tables and chairs in the room feel very old.

Really nice place to stay in kuta! 5 minutes to the center in a quiet and calm place!! The owner family is so friendly! If you are looking for a peaceful and luxuous accommodation go there!! Hot shower, A/C, sofa, king size bed, fridge!!! I highly recommend!!!
