How can I say, we booked the family room on Booking.com because the location and the swimming pool seemed to be a major asset in Kuta.Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The room is in a very dilapidated state, cobwebs everywhere and the toilet is worn out over time. The beds remain comfortable even if the condition of the sheets was questionable. I'm not even talking about the swimming pool, which must have a level of cleanliness similar to the Seine.Regarding the service, the check-in was done very approximately with what must be the owner. No one at check-out, we left the key on the door. Only an Indonesian gentleman works as staff, very friendly, he helped us find scooter rentals at a good price.Overall, very disappointed with this hotel which seemed to be nice according to the booking.com photos, no breakfast (I'm pretty sure it was included!).

A very nice resort with traditional and classic rooms or huts, very unusual and interesting, very quiet, ok except for the muezzin, who calls his first prayer at 5:30 a.m. and repeats it every 4 hours, small, slightly warm pool, very, very friendly employee who is open to all matters, from renting a scooter, to getting a shuttle and if you have an aches and pains, even bringing medicine, thank you very much Danny 🙏🏼If you want something traditional, this is the place for you 👍🏼

The rooms need an update, but the bed is comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The negative thing about this place is that we were looking for a stay in Kuta with a pool, thats why we booked a room in Hawera, but at the end we did not use it because the water was really dirty.

The staff is friendly and the location is good. The facilities are old and need remodeling, as well as cleaning issues. The pool only gets you wet up to your knees.

Nice place to stay on Lombok in a center 👍 the best match price/quality of living. Comfortable room looks new, a lot of space inside, with a double bed ( made a second floor bed 🫶) all clean, with a working place, with a table and aircon, good design, big mirrors, wardrobe is also good 😊. With a swimming pool on territory and garden, and parking place 👍👍👍
