We didn't stay at the homestay but kept coming back to this restaurant for food because it was so so good! The lady chef is excellent and everything tasted fresh each time. Very good value for the price too. Everyone working there were always friendly and kind. Tasty food and good vibes!

We stayed at Duyung for 6 days and we had a very good time. The rooms are very spacious, clean and good for the value. The family is so welcoming and caring, they said it was our second home and we really felt that way. Even after we left they were very helpful and supportive. The food is one of the best we had in town, so go there for a meal even if you are not staying. Hopefully we’ll come back to Duyung soon!

From the moment you arrive you are graciously welcomed into their beautiful home. Duyung is awesome! He’s really funny and laid back and will make sure you’re well taken care of. The rooms are very clean and very nice. Even as a solo traveller it was great value. Speaking of great value - the food… some of the best food I’ve ever had. You can taste the love that goes into every dish, the type of home cooked meal that you look forward to every Christmas type of good.I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance to come back

It's best if you want to stay overnight to confirm first what time you have to check out, it's like being kicked out, I checked in at 4 o'clock and had to check out at 12 o'clock. My position was still outside and my belongings were forcibly removed. Even though there was no prior notification that the check out time was 12 o'clock.There was no breakfast or I was the only one who left early in the morning. Thank You

Lovely hosts, great location, very nice rooms and amazing fresh food. We highly recommend this place, both owners are beautiful human beings, they made us feel home and helped with everything we asked for. We booked for few nights and ended up staying for a week, we actually checked out only because the place was fully booked. THANK YOU for the amazing time in Gerupuk!
