The good news, good location. There was a lot of bad news: the room AC was broken. Tape it, just turn it on silently, after a while the air just comes out, is it cool or not. I reported it to the receptionist, but instead asked "Isn't it on or isn't it cold?" Yes, it's on, but what's the point if it's not cold? Then he said it would be cold, just leave it... until you checked out it wasn't cold either hehehe.Dirty bed sheets, especially blankets. But the bathroom was okay, not that clean but still tolerable.The gong: the bedroom door cannot be locked from the inside. Early in the morning, when I woke up, the door was ajar. As a result, when I had left to shower, I took a chair to block the door.Sorry to say, not recommended, there are still many better hotels priced at 200 thousand.

Please repair & pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom. The smell of urine just arrived, the AC couldn't swing and the wifi often dropped out

Strategic location, rooms according to price, bad service. Difficult to park because it was blocked by a motorbike, the parking was messy, asked the waiter for help to tidy it up but it was ignored, the sink faucet was broken, I complained but was ignored, the room was dirty, every morning the water was turned off π€―

It's a quite nice place, not a big room (twin room) the hot water shower is good, and there is breakfast. The hotel is close to any places such as Malioboro Mall, de Mata eye trick, etc.

The facilities are really bad, the AC isn't cold, the TV doesn't turn on, the condition of the bathroom is a bit dirty, what's even worse is that there are blood spots on the sheets, it's very, very disappointing, it looks like they've never been checked/replaced, I've given up.

Suddenly I went to Jogja for the weekend and I was confused about looking for accommodation because everyone was full and found this hotel on the Facebook application. It's crazy that there are no proper facilities, the TV can't turn on, the AC isn't cold at all, it's difficult to park the car near a red light, the sink won't turn on, the sheets have bloodstains, it's really crazy, I didn't expect it to be this bad. Even though I asked the receptionist to fix the TV, there was no respect at all

Just stayed here just now. Initially I ordered at the Zamrud Hotel, however, the hotel informed me that when I ordered the hotel there, it was full. Finally transferred here.1. Wifi ππ2. Hot water ππ3. Location ππ4. Mas Mas's service ππ5. Parking for 2 or 3 cars is possible. Motorbikes are possible, I think it's a bit narrow but ππ6. AC ππ

The hotel is located on the side of the road, there was noise from vehicles outside.The position is near a red light so it is difficult to get in and out of the car, there are no parking attendants or guards.The motorbike parking area is only enough for 3 cars, if the car park is not available, pay 25 thousand for a ride at a neighboring hotel.Room 101 bedsheets are full of stains and the room smells of toilet camphor, the TV doesn't work and the wifi isn't connected. There's a telephone but can't connect to the receptionist.Recommendation for transit hotels only.

The service was okay, at that time the AC had a problem and they were immediately given a change of room, nice. It's okay but the air conditioner isn't cold enough and cleanliness needs to be improved. The service was okay, the boss was really kind in letting us leave our suitcases after checking out

Sad to stay here. We were given room 101 where the sheets had lots of red stains, which was a bit disgusting. The bathroom door is holey. The hot water doesn't turn on, it doesn't even turn on at dawn or noon. Even though I brought a small child, I still used hot water to bathe. Asking to replace the slimut gets ridiculous 100 thousand in cash. There is no breakfast [so you can't find it near a big hotel]. Yes, even at that price, the facilities should be standard, I didn't ask for something like 5 stars. At least there's always hot water. If you don't take part in redoorz, this hotel won't sell. Finally asked the hotel staff to boil water for the child to bathe in. For good service.
