The worst was the treatment received. The hotel itself is correct. Good pool, normal room. Mosquitoes were sneaking in through the door. Regarding the treatment received, the guy at the reception literally told me: "you are stupid and I am not." You can translate it with google translator. The woman who was with him tried to hide everything, but it was too late. Despite what happened, all of us present were aware that he was the stupid one as well as the ignorant one. We had planned to spend more days, we will spend them in another hotel where at least they won't insult me.

In booking this Hotel offers rooms with television and refrigerator. We needed a refrigerator to store my husband's insulin and we booked it despite it being more expensive than others in the area. However, there is no refrigerator. The hotel restaurant is also closed. The TV doesn't work, when you complain they say they already know, it is what it is.The air conditioning makes so much noise that it is annoying at night, if you don't turn it on it gets too hot and we couldn't open the door because at night the garden is infested with rats.So even though the bed is very comfortable and large, the rest was not what I expected.We booked for 1 week, but we asked to leave 1 day before and the response was that they would not change our reservation, nor would they refund our money, nor give us a discount. There was no discount either but they didn't fix the TV or the air either.Ah! One of the entrance doors was also broken, there was no room, and water was constantly falling from the hose of the toilet cistern, so the part of the toilet was always half flooded.But still, we couldn't talk to the manager, they say there is no manager.I understand that in Indonesia, it is difficult to expect good maintenance or cleaning in the places and normally the photos they use are not updated, but OFFERING WHAT THERE IS NOT...

We found rats under our bed. They must have been there for some time, there were multiple holes in the walls and many poops around. After informing staff about it they didn’t do anything, they just left us there and it was late at night so we couldn’t find another accommodation. They were useless and rude. We requested a refund but didn’t get it.

Place is beautiful an quite but nothing worked, A GREAT PLACE TO DISCONNECT FROM THE REST OF THE WORLD, you can contact to the WiFi networks but they don't have any internet, TV has no channels, an there was a cd player in the room but no CD to play, the swimming pool was amazing the deepest I have been in Indonesia, an the hot water in the bathroom was hot not just warm, the towels supplied were very old an should not be given to guests but they were clean, Lovley gardens beautiful location an very affordable, they said they don't do stag parties or Hens nights , but really it is the perfect place that type of occasion, it would a awesome place to take a big group an all have your own bungalow, owner should really think about that, we enjoyed our stay thanks Green Asri Hotel
