I thought it was a new hotel, but it turned out it was almost 4 years old, because the rooms and bathrooms were so clean. Each room is provided with prayer mats and Al-Quran. The restaurant is comfortable and the breakfast is delicious.Only yesterday, the hot water when the second person was taking a shower ran out (it took a long time to heat it again) But the rest is really good. There are good hotels in Selong, East Lombok.

BAD SERVICE EXTRA BED BUT NOT GIVEN A BED, EXTRA PILLOWS, MINUS FACILITIES, NO LIFT. NOT WORTH THE PRICE. NO COFFEE ROOM, NARROW ROOM, NO BOTTOM, NARROW COT, LIKE A HOMESTAY. THE RECEPTIONIST IS NOT FRIENDLY MAKES YOU ANXIOUS. JUST LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL FRIENDSππ».

First of all, this is a great place to stay, especially considering the price that i paid for my room. The room was absolutely clean, no spot anywhere and the food they provide actually pretty delicious but the biggest star for this hotel gotta be the staff. Oh my, they are amazing, friendly as anything and most importantly super helpful. I got anything, anywhere with no problem at all because of the super friendly staff. I'm sorry that I didn't get to know anybody's name but for the girls at reception and all other staff I'd like to say thank you so much for the pleasant stay and for my driver that take me to the airport, thank you for drive me safely to airport, you've been very nice to me, driving me safely. Planning to stay there again next year when MotoGP race held again next year. Lastly, thank you so much guys for everything you've done and keep up the great work. See you next year

A really comfortable hotel for resting in East Lombok.. the bathroom is clean, there is standard hotel shampoo and toothbrush.. the room is quite spacious and for praying in the room is quite good..Hot water is available..It's just that there isn't a water heater for making coffee or tea... maybe in the future there could be one...The breakfast menu is also delicious and varied... it's worth it to stay...
