I spent one night here, and the value for money is good. The breakfast with a pancake is a bit minimal, but given the price, it’s absolutely fine. Free water, coffee and tea. The rooms are basic but clean. The staff is very friendly. The location is great, just a 15-minute walk to all the restaurants and the main area. In the evening, it can get a bit noisy, and there were a few mosquitoes in my room. Also, there are no curtains. you can book some tours and ferry’s, that’s nice.Good value for the price!

Good value, rooms are simple but nice and air conditioned (make sure you have mosquito spray handy!). Pancake every morning for breakfast. Cheapest scooters in town. Very flexible and laid back, I’d come back!

A clean, comfortable, well-located and very cheap hostel. As of the date of this review, the price is 80k per night with breakfast included, an unbeatable price!Because of this, it tends to always fill up, so if you're lucky to have space, take advantage!!Of course, it is missing something as simple as curtains for the beds, to provide some privacy.

I spent more than a week at Bale. I really enjoyed my stay. The location is good. The vibe is calm and relaxed, perfect for those who need to rest. Despite that, it's easy to socialize with others travellers in the nice common areas outdoor. The staff is very attentive and kind. A big thanks to Davi who made a great job

An amazing hostel. For the price, the quality of the accomodation is fantastic. AC, only 4 people per dorm, comfortable beds, ensuite bathroom, a delicious pancake in the morning, and as much tea or coffee as you'd like. And the place is run by a local family who are all super helpful and kind.

Best Hostel of Kuta Lombok. The owner is verry nice, he will do everything to make your stay comfortable, he can also help you book some tours or rent a bike If needed ! I recommend 100%

I loved it so much. I only wanted to stay for two nights and ended up staying my entire holidays for 8 nights. The host and his familiy lives next to the amazing bamboo bungalows and are incredible kind and helpful. The host has fantastic tips , can help arrange a save scooter (which can be parked here) and gives recommended safety tips for traveling in Lombok. I can recommend it to everyone.

Bale Hostel is a hidden gem of Kuta!We moved here from another hostel as we had a third person joining us and we had an amazing stay. The huts are spacious and comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of room too and a great shower (hot water and plenty of power). The breakfast pancakes were incredible. Kitchen facilities also available if you have your own food which is a great plus. We could have stayed here for much longer if we could. Also special shout out to Anul our host who was very helpful when one of our guests had an issue with her scooter. (his family are also incredibly sweet and helpful)
