Service was slow. Requested for iron on day during checkin but only manage to get iron on day 2 of stay after multiple calls. Room was spacious, clean and big but what make it dislikeable is there no privacy or partition or any walls separating the bathroom to the room. Imagine u see ur roomate was gurgling and brushing their teeth on the sink right from your bed 🤣 However their breakfast was superb! different menu every day and u get to try the local specialty.

Very satisfied customer here! I really enjoyed my most memorable staycation here. The hoteliers and security guards are all very friendly and kind. You don't need to ask about the cleanliness of the room because it's really clean, even the bathroom. The design is new and modern, so you will be happier staying here. The wifi is fast and very WFH-able. The toilet and bathroom are separate so it's really more comfortable. The breakfast is varied and delicious, but yesterday I tried the tutut menu, it was really spicy so I didn't eat it, apart from that, everything was delicious. The amenities are complete, even the toothbrush is made of bamboo, so it's sturdier than hotel toothbrushes in general, which are very basic, but here it's very very thoughtful. The toothpaste is also Pepsodent, not hotel toothpaste in general, which is also a plus for the amenities. And what makes me happiest is being able to get special treats according to my request hihi. Thank you so much Santika, will be back soon!!!
