The staff is amazing! Wahyu helping me a lot even for the bike ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the room was clean and bathroom too! It just the ants is in the room I think bcz it's summer but it should be good if they can improve that.

It was HORRIBLE!!!I told myself when seeing the comments that people were being abused, but it is rather this hotel that is in COMPLETE abuse.Already the insulation is 0 peak, we are waiting for the murmur of our neighbors. Then cleaning is not done every day, or almost not before our arrival given the dirt of the place. Just like the swimming pool which I think is a bacteria aquarium, I have never seen anyone set foot in it and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. As if that wasn't all, the toilet fails to flush, no more hot water after 5 minutes of showering. Even if the price may seem attractive to you, I assure you, you deserve better!

NIGHTMARE!We booked one week at this “resort”, but left after three days. It’s more like a very bad motel. The bedroom was ok, but the sheet had brown and yellow stains. The bathroom was horrible and very old, and even the water stopped working a few times.There was no trash can in the room, so a few guest put their trash in the hallway and this was not removed so the bugs had a feast.They also did not clean our room once while we stayed there, even tho it said on the page they would clean every day.There is a mosque very close , so we got waken up at 5am EVERY morning by prayers..The electricity also stopped working one night, so the air conditioning got shut off.The pool looks very dirty.It was also a lot of noise from the family and friends of the people working there, who used the common areas as their hang out spot.If you want a good time at Gili T, stay away from this place!!

1. There were so many bed bugs that I got bitten a lot.2. The hotel does not provide soap, toothbrushes, or water at all.3. They do not replace towels because there are no towels.4. Even if I tried to change to another hotel, I couldn't because I made a reservation and paid in advance.5 Bed bug bites are very itchy.Even if there are a lot of bedbugs, I don't care.It's the worst6. There is no missing TV remote control.

The hotel is quite average, the service is lacking, and cleanliness leaves much to be desired. There was even a delay in cleaning the room after the guest's check-in request.The good only the location near to harbour, close to night market in Gili.
