A tranquil place although not that big.And you can find peace here and feel other guests are like minded too.Service has been great and accommodating.The menu is a bit Aussie.Watch the dogs outside if you walk at night.

Went to the cafe. Nasi Campur and the deserts tasted good.However they advertise on their website as only using coconut oil in the kitchen, however we seen them pouring loads of soybean oil (prob the worst oil you can consume) into the blender and making dressings and mayo...right when I was eating the mayo. Not good if you are looking for somewhere that doesnt use bad oils.

Mana is a slice of heaven. I truly enjoyed my time at Mana as the place has such beautiful energy and kind staff. Hatha Yoga practice with Dea was very centering, grounding and healing. The food and drinks were exceptional, especially the breakfast wrap and berry kombucha. I also love how strategic the location is. It's close to Kuta center and very walkable.10/10 recommended to stay or visit Mana if you're planning to go to Kuta, Lombok.❤️

i'm joining the cacao ceremony with Tyas and Dea at Mana this month🖤the session was very grounding, very relaxing, and healing. i love it so much.i also joining the Hatha Yoga session with Tyas in the same week. it's amazing, i enjoy it so much.definitely the highlight of my trip!✨🌺🌞

A very beautiful, atmospheric location in Kuta, really worth it. Yin yoga led by Tyas was also very relaxing. The ending with the mantras was moving!

Great location, had a great vinyasa class. All resources were available. Booked a massage after this, which was wonderful. Possible to take a quick shower afterwards. The ojas and energy balls are super tasty and taken several times. The kitchari was unfortunately on the salty side. Furthermore, great location, friendly staff. Would have liked to stay here, but unfortunately it was not possible with a child (which is logical given the tranquility there). Would definitely come back here and recommend!!

Mana yoga teachers are great. Dea's class and Tyas's class were amazing.The flow they give was so good on the body and mind. Keeping the personality grounded and reminding me always of the purpose of practicing yoga...Next time if I come I'll definitely go to their class session again 💜💜🩷🩷

I came to the hotel for a power yoga class with Veronica and it was amazing !!! Her class is a perfect balance between building the fondation, stretching and then trying your best in the most challenging poses. I wish I could practice with her many times.

I loved every moment of my time at Mana, don’t hesitate if you’re unsure whether to book. The yoga is great, the staff are lovely, the place is beautiful and the food is delicious. Perfect spot to recharge your batteries.

I went to the spa here 4 times even though I don't have a hotel room.The staff are very nice and the massages / facial mask / body scrubswere very pleasant with a direct effect.However, you have to book an appointment at least 1 day in advance as the spa was quite often fully booked.All in all, I can only recommend the spa!

I bought a one week unlimited yoga pass and attended several classes per day. The quality of the classes unfortunately wasn't always good.I enjoyed a lot Anton's and Marilu's classes. They knew what they were doing and were great teachers.Veronica's classes was also nice.Chloe's classes were disappointing. Overall not challenging. No soul or personal input. Very boring.Maddie : the worst. I didn'tenjoy her classes.. didn't get a drop of sweat during her vinyassa flow and hatha sessions.By the way, Chloe and Maddie's classes are similar. Most of the time during their sessions I told myself I should have just done a YouTube session and that would have been better. It's a shame considering the amount of money for this 1 week pass.The Meditation + warmup + cool down + breathing exercises + savasana would take the major part of the class. We actually practised for 15 min. That was terrible !!
