Kini is by far the best spot to stay in the area. It offers the best views of Yoyos you could ask for. The bamboo-style cabins are well-made, very comfortable, and private.

This is a beautiful room and beautiful location ruined by absolutely awful service and terrible food. The staff here suffer from lack of proper training and management, and are unable to handle some of the most basic of hospitality requests. The food at Sapphire, the restaurant here, is labeled as “fine dining” and priced like fine dining, but the food is disgusting. It is without a doubt the worst meal I’ve had in all of Indonesia, and the most expensive. My appetizers and main course were bland, cold, and took 45 minutes to come out despite our group being the only patrons in the restaurant. The portion sizes are tiny and every single plate that came out to our table was beyond disappointing. Calling this food “fine dining” is a massive lie to anyone who visits the restaurant. Eat somewhere else.The owner of this resort needs to put in some serious time solving quality control issues. The location and rooms have potential, but it is unbelievable to charge prices this high paired with food and service this awful. Do not stay here.

Such a gorgeous place. The villa we stayed in had the most amazing views over yo-yo’s beach. We are a family of 5 adults.The staff were lovely, very kind and helpful. Ulle, especially was amazing, she was the house keeper, who was fun, helpful and nothing ever too much of a problem and Thammy too, who was always helpful.I would say not to be in a rush when you go into the Kirana restaurant, take everything as it comes and you will eventually get your lovely food, the waiting/ kitchen staff are all so friendly, I think there may need to be a little coordinating between the two, as it was often an hour before you’d get your food, however sitting with a cold beer watching the sunset was no hardship! Fresh food was delicious.Loved the yoga with Sophie, this was a real treat.Sumbawa was so relaxing.I would definitely go again.

The view from the room is very good, the cleanliness of the room is ok, the food is ok but overpriced, there is still a lot of communication between staff and service that needs to be improved.I had a bad experience when the driver picked me up on the trip, when I arrived at the port the driver was not on time and on the way the car tire burst without any equipment, so the trip was very delayed.Admin is slow to respond, we have to be active and keep asking questions. Ordering dinner in advance was thrown around here and there, so it took a day. When paying for dinner (kirana) the waiter at the cashier took a long time to give the total, he was busy himself contacting the boss how much it cost and it was all done in front of the customer.Ammenities are not complete, don't forget to bring your own hair dryer and bedroom slippers. The water in the swimming pool was very cold (effect of the weather) and for some reason a lot of tissue got into the pool. Overall okay but the service and management need to be improved a lot
