Good location and service. The bathroom needs to be completely renovated. Also a huge cockroach appeared in the room. Luckily we only had to stay one night. I wouldn't repeat.

The location of the hotel is good. But the cleaning is a disaster! There is clear dust along the windows and nuts from previous guests, the fridge doesn't work and it stinks. There is a large black mess in there. Disgusting.. There is trouble with the lock to the room. Every time I have to open or lock the door, I have to fight with it.

The noisiest place on Gili. It is impossible to live or sleep here. There is so much noise from the street, horses, signals and screams around;this place is literally cursed.

Disaster! Run away from this hotel!Street is dirty, surroundings are dirty, inside rooms is dust, curtains are dirty. Water in pool is not clean. Outside door cannot be locked. Changed room to another, got less bad, but still - TV not working, AC cools not enough, sometimes no water.By the way, breakfast is included, but you need to go to another place, 5 min. Staff speaks English hardly. In reception you can pay by cash only. For card payment, you need to go to another place.I am not peaky with hotels, but this one was already too much...

Got my washing done here and one of my tops came back stained with bleach splattered all over it. Staff weren’t particularly friendly, signs up everywhere saying bikes cost 35k to rent a day, I went to rent 2 (which would have been 70k) and I gave 100, she said she didn’t have change, They got the 2 bikes out, then I went back to my room to see if I had any, then came back out and said the 100 was fine and that the bikes costed 50k. I didn’t mind paying this but the situation was really weird and they pretended to not understand me the next day when I asked why I was charged extra and showed them the sign in my room that said they were 35. Didn’t get my money back. Also didn’t have water for one of the days, other than this the room was clean and location was really good.

The only advantage of this accommodation is that it is located about 5 minutes from the port. The road into the alley is not maintained at all, so the entrance is always flooded during the rainy season. On the second day out of the 5 days we booked, water started leaking from the ceiling (right above the mattress), and water started leaking from the ceiling right in the room we moved to. The bathroom smelled so bad that I couldn't use it. On the third day, they moved it back to the original room, but instead of changing the mattress, they immediately put a cover on it and it started to smell and get wet. I requested a mattress replacement, but it was not possible. And the water pressure in the bathroom is so weak that even though I usually finish showering in 5 minutes, it takes 30 minutes to shower once.You have to walk about 5 minutes to eat breakfast.Because it was rainy season, there were many power outages, and except for rooms 1 to 4 and the reception (self-generated power), the other rooms had to live only with cell phone light. No matter how hot it was, I couldn't use the air conditioner.

The rooms are spacious, clean, there is a swimming pool suitable for children, the bathroom has hot water, coincidentally in my room the closet was a bit wobbly.Close to the port, can walk.More than adequate for the price. The place is shady, lots of plants, just poorly maintained
