A beautiful, very personal hotel. The staff is very warm and takes care of all concerns. The rooms are large enough and the outdoor bathroom is beautiful. Fresh water, freshly squeezed juices, homemade cookies and coffee/tea are provided free of charge every day. There was also an afternoon snack every day, which was always freshly and variedly prepared. Breakfast and dinner were always a treat.The stay was perfect all around!Small drawback: many mosques nearby - praying loudly several times a day

The staff service and room condition were really good. However, for non-Islamic believers, hearing the sound of prayer at 5 a.m. was very difficult. We changed to a less noisy room, but the noise did not go away. This hotel was satisfactory in all aspects except prayer noise.

The hospitality from staff and reception were among one of the best I’ve experienced in all my travels. Upon arriving, we were served welcome refreshments like juices & dumplings, and a jar of brownie brittles (which were to die for!) our club suite was super cozy, bed was comfy and overall had a great energy. I will return to Lombok just to stay here a few more nights!!

Genuine care amongst the Staff.Beautiful presented welcome drinks. Plus cold pressed juice complimentary. Turn down service with treat.They helped us with motorcycle hire. Was there upon arrival and they took care of return.Book this hotel, you will not regret it.110/100. 5/5 10/10!!

Sometimes lodgings are annoying and like to zone out on their service, but here the staff are really friendly 🥺🫶🏻 really fast respond when asked for help.Then the food is delicious and the portions are large (must try the nasgor & orange juice!!!). Got an afternoon snack, really love the opera cake🤤 free complimentary biscuits (I just finished them until I had 2 refills) + healthy juice like thatStrategic location near Jl. Udayana, go out a little at night, lots of food selling + very close to the mosque.Staying in the clubsuite room, complete facilities like a 5-star hotel, really makes you feel bored hahahaSuggestion:- In the bathroom near the bathtub, you can add an outdoor wooden curtain, so going to the toilet at night is more comfortable- Add breakfast menu options to make it more variedNext time, if I go to Mataram, I want to try the studio version. I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. I tried their “Club Suite” type and my friend tried their “Studio Suite” type. Both types are very comfortable with more than adequate facilities. The Studio Suite is at the back area and directly facing the swimming pool, while the Club Suite is in the front area—near to their restaurant; Shefu.The rooms in the Club Suite have a bathtub in their bathroom with an open space type that is directly connected to a private small garden at the back of the room.If you want to wake up looking to the blue pool water, choose the Studio Suite type. But if you want to wake up and immediately enjoy your morning coffee in a private small garden, choose the Club Suite.Apart from their comfortable rooms, an attractive choice of areas (the location is in the middle of Mataram city so it is close to any area in Lombok), each room is equipped with amenities equivalent to a star hotel—my friend said that their amenities are even better than five star hotels. We were even served a welcome drink, canapés and napkins for cleaning our hands or face as their service.Not to mention that in the room—in every room—there are also free juices (2 bottles each room) and cut fruits, cookies (there are butter cookies / brownie cookies—seasonal), local tea (fruit or flower), coffee, and much more.Please choose room + breakfast because their foods are superb. The breakfast food choices are super delicious, and the other menus at their restaurant “Shefu” are also extraordinary. best boutique hotel, best service, best food, I can't say anymore.Especially for Ms. Mita and Ms. May, I hope we can meet again. Great job, Ayom Suite! I’ll come back soon🫶🏻
