Feeling really cheated, I arrived there at around 10 pm to find out that the party there didn't accept online bookings. What does that mean, it's your turn to ask for help with the process instead of throwing it here and there. I've given alms to you for what I've transferred for payment.

Tri* I made a reservation using a reservation app, and based on the map, I walked from the Airport Bus Damri office around 9pm to get to the nearby area, but there was nothing but an unmanned building that looked like a public facility. Maybe the map is wrong? When I returned to the entrance, there was a security man there, so I asked him and he told me there was a counter in the back! I was guided. I made reservations with several of the young men who were there via the app! Then, I was asked to read a notice posted on the counter. (It is written in English and Indonesian that it is not linked with any apps!)This is a student dormitory, so the general public cannot stay here! When I was at a loss, the man at the reception offered to give me a complimentary meal and took me to the nearby N Homestay.People who were at the N Hotel also had this problem frequently! Even if I make a complaint, I don't get a refund, so I'm in bed crying! That's what I was told. I had given up though. I tried filing a complaint via chat in the app. Thanks to the quick response from the Japanese staff, I was able to cancel for free and receive a refund of the difference in accommodation I had booked instead. Additionally, as an apology, I received app coins equivalent to the original amount. surprise.I think it will be removed from the app. It was my first experience, so I decided to write about it.It seems that many people are attracted to it because the price is low even though the photo is ordinary. please note.
