THE Best room we have stayed in on our trip to Indonesia, the room is very nice, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is large and spacious..the CLEANEST and most well-kept place we have ever been... by far.The pool and common areas are super neat and clean.And the staff who helped us deserve a 10. They helped us fix a little problem we had with the motorcycle with the best of smiles.Super attentive and friendly.Everything AMAZING. Thank you

Great experience at the Roots Hotel! We were a bit skeptical about booking given the low reviews from years ago. However, these low reviews are from years ago, the hotel has recently been completely renovated, and the management has been replaced. So there is no reason to worry about the negative reviews. The hotel is now beautiful, with lovely rooms, and great service for a low price. Thank you very much!

We booked these rooms last minute after finishing our epic adventure of climbing Mt. Rinjani.We arrived late at night, but the owners made us feel welcome. The rooms are big and clean and have everything you need. We sat at the tables and had a drink and they also provided us with some fruit!It was a great stay, and I would definitely book this hotel again!

The price-quality ratio is excellent. The staff is polite and attentive, the rooms are new, and the film on the door handles has not yet been removed. The hotel is a chain hotel, there is a sense of responsibility towards the service. Location - on the road, before reaching Senggigi, it is better to immediately take a scooter. In my opinion, an underrated hotel.

Clean neat rooms. The hotel view is very beautiful, equipped with a swimming pool. It's really worth it. But unfortunately the wifi signal is a bit slow and the toilet smells a bit. Hopefully there will be improvements🙏🏻Over all everything is satisfactory including the service❤❤❤

The place is very fun, with a beautiful feel, the facilities here are complete and the service is very friendly, there is also a swimming pool so it is highly recommended for family holidays too, apart from that this place provides vehicles for walking around the tourist attractions along Jalan Senggigi. Anyway, that's greatSo I want to stay here for a long time

Hotel near Senggigi beach 😍 it doesn't take 5 minutes by motorbike to Senggigi beach 😍 if you go from the airport by DAMRI BUS you can stop directly at this hotel 😍 the hotel is located right on the side of the main road 😍 the best thing 😍 at the hotel there is a swimming pool, there is also breakfast but it's time I didn't even have time to try breakfast because I had already gone to the beach in the morning 😍 close to the souvenir shop SASAKU, LOMBOK EXOTIC 😀 d This hotel provides motorbike rental, this hotel also provides packages if we go to Gili Trawangan 😍 basically the best 😘
