The rooms are quite good but you need to pay attention to cleanliness. I was a little uncomfortable the first day in the room when I found 3 insects which made me uncomfortable. Towels should be replaced when they are no longer suitable for use. If not, the breakfast service should not be included in the application, so it doesn't disappoint.

The staff π fast, the AC is also cold π, only the mattress is not clean enough, yesterday ordered a double bed, between the mattresses it was quite dirty, there were hairs falling out from customer marks that weren't cleaned, unfortunately the TV also couldn't be connected to WIF/YouTube

For solo backpackers, it is very suitable and comfortable. Free refill water, friendly registration service and always on standby 24/7.In terms of rooms, they are spacious for a height of 180cm, quite clean, soft pillows and a comfortable atmosphere for resting.For the price you can get it from Traveloka, it's very affordable and worth it to stay the night here.Best for low end economic stay 9/10βοΈ

For that price, with facilities, and with a strategic location. Very commensurate with what you get.The room is quite okay, especially for a solo trip. The location is really in the middle of the city so it's easy to go anywhere even if you walk. Want to find Circle K, Coffee shop, Mall, Indomaret, even the station is also close.The hotel facilities are quite complete. The service is also quite good, the security guard is very helpful, TV, mirrors, reading lights, cold AC. Just minus the towels.Even though it's not perfect, it's still quite a recommendation for me when looking for a hotel in Surabaya.

Actually, this hotel has good potential. Apart from the affordable price, the location is close to Gubeng station and the city center. So if you want to go anywhere, it's not far. For super friendly and patient service. It's just that many of the interiors are old and need to be replaced. Even the TV in my room has no volume. AC is not cold. The bathroom also leaks. Please replace the towels because they are no longer suitable for use. Payments only accepted non-cash or via application. We ask visitors to prepare in advance.

A very cheap choice. Not much facilities provided by the hotel, for example no dryer, shampoo and bath gel. The room has locker, pretty small, my luggage doesnβt fit in, so I just place my suitcase outside the capsule.Β β¦

I really like the Tab Capsule Hotel in Surabaya. I ordered a compact room. The price was quite cheap and it felt like I was staying in a 5 star hotel. Then the room was clean and there was a toilet inside if it was compact. Like it because it's in the city center. Near the mall and Iconic Surabaya. Overall, this will be my favorite when I come back to Surabaya againβ€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ

Cheap and unique hotel in the middle of Surabaya city. Highly recommended for travelers with a low budget. This place has all non-smoking rooms. If you want to smoke, you have to go to the cafe on the 1st floor in front of the reception.

The service is quite satisfactory with a receptionist on standby at the front, but the check-in process is quite long and less responsive when on WA. Strategic location located at a road junction. Single capsule that is clean and equipped with a towel and toothbrush. The bathrooms are also clean and there are plenty of them. There are also dispensers provided on every floor. The breakfast menu is simple but delicious, especially with the favorite chili sauce. Very suitable for a transit hotel because it is close to the station and the price is affordable.
