Harmony Villas Lombok

I stayed there and the truth is that I wouldn't recommend it because the pool water was green (dirty), I couldn't use it, there were cockroaches in the room (giant ones), and it's not the place if what you want is to rest, since right Next door there is a bar/restaurant whose music did not stop until late at night (1.00), in terms of value for money, it leaves a lot to be desired, since the hotel is very small outside the rooms, there is no space, a step and swimming pool (which attracts more mosquitoes and other insects), and the rooms, although they are spacious, are old with a facelift (with good taste, regarding colors and lighting). For that price or less there are other hotels whose quality is much better. They should also change the towels, they were very old and stained.The only thing that stood out positively: the staff, very friendly at all times.Regarding the owner's response; I think I should be self-critical and since (as I see in other reviews) there are many people who agree on these negative points. So my recommendation, if I may, is that you could make the effort to consider and improve these aspects.Thank you so much.

Hotel way too expensive for the services offered. Daily cockroach, in the evening there are rats on the roof, every evening the bar next door plays music until 1am. We hear very well.The rooms are aging and not necessarily incredible. Clean hotel but could do little better.In short, too expensive for the services. To flee

Best decision ever to book here.Perfectly located in the middle of the hippest part of town, close to all the restaurants, spas and tours/dive centres, but yet just off the main stretch so plenty of peace and quiet. Massive room and lots of space, with windows all around. Loved having the pool literally on our doorstep so we cooled off every day before even going into our room! Excellent breakfast, my favourite was the french toast.The sweetest and friendliest staff ever, and their driver Guru also took care of all our tours and transfers, plus scooter hires!Priced right for the value they provide. A few quirks with the room but nothing unexpected really for Bali/Lombok in my experience (eg super slow drainage in shower, the odd stray mosquito not sure how they get in, place could do with a solid bleaching generally etc)We were here for a week and loved every day of it! No hassle, peaceful, quiet and if we came back, we would definitely stay here again.

More than just perfectly placed on the main Kuta Lombok strip, this hotel is absolutely stunning. Beautiful landscaping and room interior. We loved individual villas and the attention to detail of the room. And a great value for a luxury resort feel to a room

Harmony Villas is a fantastic place. We only spent one night here, but the staff made us feel truly special. The pool is excellent.The only issue for some might be the limited privacy you get in some villas when the property is full. However, it wasn't a problem for us.The staff is top-notch, each and every one of them. So is the breakfast.

Everything is great about this place but what makes it extra special is the staff. Ali, ezza, ashar I feel like they're my best mates now ☺️. Highly recommended

Spacious and beautiful rooms, furnished down to the smallest detail. The bathroom is equally spacious, equipped with every comfort. For breakfast you have the possibility to choose between 4 types of menu, all abundant. In the morning it is brought to the villa at the chosen time. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, truly fantastic guys!! I hope to return soon.. Greetings also from Alessandro... And Valentino Rossi😋

A piece of heaven!!Harmony Villa is just amazing offering the perfect balance of luxury, service, quality and peacefulness for an ideal vacation with your spouse or significant other. My husband and I recently returned from a magical 8 days and were blown away by this property. The staff, simply stated, is amazing. They get to know you personally and everyone from the owner Lorraine to Hajar, Eza, Ali and the other lads were off the charts. The service is impeccable yet non-intrusive. Lorraine and Hajar are the embodiment of hospitality. They offered us recommendations to make sure our vacation was the right mix of exploration and relaxation. Our Villa was well appointed with amenities you would expect. The villa itself was spacious yet intimate. We did not hear our neighbors at all during the entire eight days we stayed there. A small refrigerator is available. There were plenty of hangers in the closet and robes you could use. It has very relaxing patio furniture in the balcony. I usually don't comment about toilets, but the one in our villa was huge! What makes the property ideal is that its centrally located and walking distance to the supermarket and a lot of restaurants.The stay was always going to be magical on this gorgeous island, but Harmony Villa took it to a level of unexpected perfection that will keep us singing their praises. Thank you to all of the incredible team for going above and beyond in making our stay truly special! We highly recommend this place.
