Very nice staff, they came to surprise my girlfriend with a birthday cake. Very nice place and swimming pool! Open buffet for breakfast and it was really delicious, lots of choice.

The service is lacking. It's clear what day to book and what date. Guests are already at the hotel but it turns out it is already full book. The order should have been checked from the moment it was booked so that others don't double book it. Maybe a suggestion, there is communication between the management and it is recorded

We've made a booking and paid a down payment but ended up not having a room!!! After the long journey, it was indeed very upsetting 😡 They even said we booked different date though he wrote himself our booking and sent us the receipt.No smile, no sorry, no explanation, no support to find another place to stay. Overall, very disappointing. I guess if you booked this place, make sure you made a call a day in advance to assure your booking is confirmed.

Really a beautiful place . The bungalows are directly in the rice field. We really want come again! We had one of the last bungelows which seemed newer than the other ones.You can start a small hike directly from the accommodation through the rice fields and end at the waterfalls.

Were here in the room for 2 hours. Then we had to leave again. Because the room was supposedly not free, the boss said over the phone. Just before dark... What a hassle.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely resort in Tetebatu. We stayed here for 2 nights after trekking Mount Rinjani and loved the place! Great staff, great rooms, a lovely pool area. Would highly recommend a visit to anyone. We loved the food at their restaurant too.

Nice hotel, nice and clean rooms, lovely people and very good breakfast. Our expectations were more than exceeded! The view is also great and you can go straight into the rice fields from the hotel with a guide.

Beautiful location at the foothills of the Rinjani. Great hike through the rice fields and monkey forest. Food great, staff ditto: helpful, friendly and service-oriented. No dissonance as described elsewhere here. The fact that rooms are not cleaned as standard is no exception in Indonesia (!), but if you ask for it, it is done perfectly and quickly. Staff gave tips, were in touch and helped where they could. Food was great regardless of the time (even late in the evening). All in all very good and highly recommended. But it remains Indonesia and not 5-star luxury like in Europe. Adjust your expectations accordingly and you will have a great stay here!

Nice place in Tetebatu. Nice view. Spacious rooms with a nice bed and very spacious bathroom.Food in the restaurant is fine. There are a few other restaurants nearby in the village within walking distance. Are also fine.The hotel is happy to arrange everything for you. Had transport from Kuta and transport to the port arranged as well as a bike tour through rice fields/monkey forest/waterfall. Was fun and well priced. There are still some construction activities taking place at and next to the hotel. We didn't find it very disturbing, but good to know. Tete batu is beautiful place

This place is probably one of the best accommodations you can choose from to stay in Tete Batu or the Lombok Ubud, it has the best area in the middle of the rice fields easy to get around anywhere and the staff was very friendly overall this place is recommended for you who wants to visit Tete Batu and stay for view days.
