I stayed in the most expensive room, namely the Family Bungalow. One night I paid the price of 4 million during the 2024 MotoGP event, but the TV didn't turn on, the hotel lobby location had a steep slope, selected cars could go up to the lobby, the location to the room had a steep slope, there wasn't even tissue in the room at the rate 4 million/night.

The photos are not correct! This is a hotel that has not been invested in for years. Everything is worn out or broken. The staff are young guys who don't speak English.Actually this hotel should be closed

The photos have nothing to do with what it really is. It is clearly a hotel that was functioning and in good condition many years ago, now it seems completely abandoned.The people in charge of the hotel (receptionist, manager, cleaning) do not know anything, they are children who must not be of legal age and cannot give you any solution, nor can they even communicate.The rooms are dirty, the towels are stained and very old. Everything seems abandoned and without any maintenance for months.And if that weren't enough, they promise a breakfast that doesn't exist. We go up to the “restaurant” and there is nothing, the refrigerators have garbage inside, it's all a lie.We decided to lose our money and change hotels for the nights we had left, after spending only one night there and having asked to change rooms, since the first one that corresponded to us was super dirty.Totally regrettable

Avoid this place at all costs!!!! This was the worst stay ever. There were bed bugs in the bed. Urine and poo at the toilet seat. It was very dirty so I escaped to another place for 2 days and came to pick up my suitcase at the day of check out and found a head and part of a body of a dead mouse on the couch! And the bin was still full and of course the room wasn't cleaned.I have paid 720000 rupiah a night and the owner yelled at me that I couldn't find a place in Kuta for that price and refused to give me any kind of refund.I never write bad reviews, but I really need to warn you for this place. It is very very bad!! If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Very clean, rooms and nice view, flexibility on schedules but be careful you can hear the Mandalika circuit, and the breakfasts are very light!
