I would have given them 5 stars if it had not been for the attitude they had with the taxi driver hired through the Gojek app.The room, the bed, the bathroom, the environment, the views, the food and the customer service of 10! It's a place to return to. It is among rice fields and on top of that it is a super authentic little town. A little far from everything but with a taxi it is close to the airport and the city (but be careful with the taxi!!!).However, we left with a bad taste in our mouths since when we left, we were going to the port of Bangsal. We asked the price they offered us and it was 350php.We checked the Gojek app and it cost us 250php. Therefore, we have taken that option. Why are we going to pay more if the app offers us the same thing for a lower price?When the taxi driver arrived, they told him in his language (the taxi driver later explained it to us) that he should never pick up any client from his homestay again.But yesterday, when we arrived with another taxi driver, they didn't say anything...We were thinking of returning but after this, I highly doubt that we will return because we do not like this way of treating people since in the end it is the client's decision to hire one taxi driver or another, it is not the taxi driver's fault.Therefore, if you stay here, you will have a stay of 10 but keep in mind that if you do not hire their taxi services, they will get angry with the taxi driver and threaten him so that he will not return again. After today's incident, I no longer know what to think they will do next time.Anyway, to Tiara Homestay, good luck with the business because what the Homestay is is 10 but I hope that from here on you will change your mentality because if not you will lose many clients.If you have a business you have to know that there is supply and demand and it is the client's decision to make the final choice. That's what a business is exposed to and that's what you have to compete with and not create war.Good luck for the future!
