I stayed here for one night after my Mount Rinjani trip. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the freshly prepared food was delicious. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice touch!

The owner and his wife are some of the greatest hosts I have ever experienced. Perfect English is spoken. And the motto here is that “You come as guests, and leave as friends” is really the fact here. Unfortunately I have to say that we were only allowed to sleep here for 1 night. Time was taken to talk to the guests and it was neither intrusive, boring, annoying, disruptive or anything like that. This accommodation is a 100% recommendation when in Lombok, and we were both almost sad that we didn't stay longer. The food that the owner's wife cooks is incredibly delicious. If you are in Lombok it is an absolute must to stay here. The location in the middle of rice fields is incredibly peaceful and beautiful.Thanks for the great stay

The owner is really nice, from father or mother. The rooms are clean and spacious for under 400 :") Directly in front of the pier and beach, so it's really nice if you want to cross Gili T.But there are some ants I don't know where they come from, but it's still okay.Will be back here if I go to Lombok next time!

Usually, I do not write reviews for shorter stays in a homestay. This place is so different.First of all: The room I got was very cozy. Eventhough it had no AC and I could hear the prayers from the mosque in the morning quite well, I totally would come back here.The host family has been the most welcoming, heartwarming family I have stayed at. Ever.The talks we had - until late in the night - gave me and my two friends so so much that I can't express how grateful I am. :)If you want to know why the philosophy of the bananatree gave all of us goosebumps or how much this family will able to warm your heart during your stay: please, give it a try. You won't regret. Their motto is: Come as strangers, leave as friends - this is exactly the experience all of us had... We left deeply refreshed, with a deep smile and such a warm heart. Thank you.Also: The food is extraordinary. I loved it!
