We had an incredible time at Tree Tops Mandalika. The property only has 3 rooms which made the stay feel very private. We had the extremely clean pool to ourselves almost every day. In general there was nothing wrong with the cleanliness. The room was cleaned very thoroughly every time.We originally wanted to stay 6 nights, but extended our stay 4 times and ended up staying there for a whole month. The other two rooms were occupied by different guests throughout the 4 weeks, which confirmed to us that we had found great accommodation here.We spent 11 months in Southeast Asia and were able to spend a wonderful time in Lombok with May, Ari and their daughter Janitra before we went back home. The sisters looked after us very well from the start and eventually the hosts became friends. We were invited to dinner several times and were even allowed to enjoy a cooking class with Ari and May.This stay was one of the best on our entire trip to Asia and the price/performance was unbeatable for us.We miss you and look forward to seeing you again!

Lovely stay! Owners (two sisters) are super kind and lovely, always available to help. Location is peaceful, pool is clean, and the rooms are very well kept. Ideal spot for a couple or solo traveller with a moto/scooter since it is a 20 min walk from the center. I'll be back :)

We had a great time here in this hotel! Long conversations, nice evenings with guests, owner and sisters. It was a very relaxing place, close to the city. In the evening you can see the stars. They had kittens and 2 dogs. You can chill by the pool with the kittens. The rooms are very clean, sweet owner and sisters. I definitely want to come back!

Absolutely loved my stay here. The rooms are so beautiful and spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. The owners, May and Janitra, are so friendly and helpful! The place is new and well maintained. It is so quiet and peaceful here away from the hussle and bustle of the main road. Particularly good place to stay if you rented a scooter. Air con is cool and there is hot water, though you'll need to use the hot water sparingly before it runs out. Super value for money.

My girlfriend and I were going to stay here for about two weeks, but we liked it here so much that we ended up staying for a month. I wish it could have lasted another month because everything about this place is good:The rooms are super spacious, very clean, there is good WiFi, it is super quiet, from 9:00 AM you have sun at the pool until the end of the afternoon, the pool is lovely, there is a great view, you can get to the center very quickly by motorbike about 3-4 minutes, the beds are heavenly, warungs a 1 minute drive away, nice air conditioning that makes no noise and can be perfectly adjusted, and so onIn addition, Ari, Mei and Janitra are the sweetest people who are always there for you. From having a coffee together to nice conversations about anything and everything. We felt so at home, safe and at ease here that we would love to come back again.Do yourself a favor and go here! :-)

We stayed at Tree Tops for 3 weeks and felt really comfortable. You have peace and quiet and can still reach the center in 2-3 minutes by scooter.Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and very clean. There are neat and sufficient storage options. Internet is available and works well. You can relax on the terrace and to cool off or relax you can climb into a clean, large pool.With Ari and her sisters you always have someone to talk to and get good tips. If you have any questions, they are always available to help or inquire to give you an answer. They are so nice, attentive and helpful, we found it to be genuinely friendly and would book there again at any time or recommend it to others with a clear conscience. In short: the price-performance ratio is great and we got more than we expected in a positive sense. Thank you for the wonderful time with you!!!
