Very bad, the tap water doesn't work smoothly, you pay a lot but the service is bad

Don't be fooled by the price or the score, as it does not reflect the current moment.It seems that this hostel has recently changed owners, or that the owners are no longer as good as they were. Reading comments on Google Maps from 4-6 years ago, it seems like an incredible place, totally different from what we have found.We are 2 young people who travel with a backpack, that is, with experience sleeping practically anywhere, but this is what we have found:1. First they offered us a room, 2 minutes from the hostel where we had originally booked, with damp on the walls. The smell was so unbearable that we had to ask for a change. Leaving the room we saw a cockroach hiding under the bed. The bathroom had no toilet paper and the ashtray on the table was full of ash and cigarette butts.2. ⁠The new room… I don't know if it was worse than the first. The roof was full of rats (not field mice, but rats taller than a foot) running around, but not on the roof where we couldn't see them, but on top of the wall where we could see them running from one side to the other. We barely slept a wink.This is already trifles but I will also explain it:- the sheets smell musty and have stains- The wifi does not reach the room area, so you will consume all your data looking for another place to stay- The owner is very insistent, too much, that we go to lunch and dinner at the hostel's restaurant, something that made us uncomfortable at some point

We liked the location and the view of the rice fields from the bedroom. Perfect for sunrise and sun set. We also enjoyed our host Sandy, such a nice guy and we had a great tour with him, he is very knowledgeable and we recommend the walking tour!

Superb place to stay in if you are looking at exploring Tetebatu Village and surroundings! I have been guided by Arya who's the nephew of the owner and he was such a passionate and dedicated guide 😊 Strongly recommended to you!

The place is cool, good views and such, and it is also one of the cheapest in the area. However, the personal treatment was lousy and the food the worst we've tried in Indonesia... but it's cheap.

A quiet location, and in a world-class tourist zone.The cold air is typical of the mountains, perfect for a honeymoon with your partner.But it's also really okay for families.There are only 5 bungalows, so before arriving here it's a good idea to make a reservation so you don't get bored, it's a long way to go.

Small, simple and nice hotel in the middle of the rice fields. Be careful from 3:30 a.m., impossible to sleep!!!!
