To be honest, I can't give any real stars for this accommodation. A day before our arrival, the accommodation informed us that they no longer had any rooms available and could accommodate us somewhere else instead. However, the shared Google Maps link did not show any accommodation.Unfortunately, the accommodation doesn't seem reliable to us because we booked the room days ago and were also in contact about a transfer and one day before arrival the room is suddenly no longer there?! Questionable!We are very dissatisfied with it.

The owner and staff were full of hospitality and made my stay a pleasant one.There is an open kitchen in the beautiful garden where you can cook your own meals. There is also self-serve coffee. A delicious meal of omelets and bread is served in the morning.The rooms are new and clean, and there is free Wi-Fi and the communication speed is sufficient.Wake up to the sound of chickens in the morning and listen to adhan in the evening.I'm Japanese and I'm not good at English, but the staff were kind and accommodating, so I didn't have any problems. If you want to eat delicious mango, just ask the owner.I will definitely stay at this inn the next time I visit Kuta.There is a minimart and an ATM within 20 meters from the inn, and the martabak stall that opens in the evening in front of the inn is also very delicious, so I highly recommend it.

I’ve loved my stay at room 212 so far, it’s been 2/4weeks and I’m so glad I choose this place, it’s right next to a recovery centre gym with ice baths and saunas available everyday. The service here is amazing we have breakfast prepared for us every morning and all you have to do is ask and they will clean your room spotlessly. I also rented a scooter through the accommodations and use there local laundry service. It’s easy and convenient.

We had a amazing stay here. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back when we are back in Kuta. 🌼

+ Simple yet great room with shelf and desk.+ AC and ventilation+ Shared kitchen outside+ The room is light, big windows.+ Good sound isolation (the place is not located within the main road, so more quiet)+ Good location (beach is 15 minute walk. No traffic jams, good roads on the whole island)- No mosquito net, but there are a lot of mosquitoes- no hot water- the wifi is fast, except when I have a meeting in the evening, then it's completely broken

I loved my stay at Room 212 up until the point of checkout. Had agreed on a price through whatsapp with the owner however when paying after my stay he claimed it was a miscommunication & charged me more than we agreed on (900k). Our agreement was clear before my stay - next time i wont make the same mistake and trusting someones word.However, room is basic but clean and new & Ikha who is there to host you when staying is amazing - without her level of service my rating would be lower as she was the one to make my stay great. Owner could use some hospitality & communication practice though.Normally i have quite low standards and was pleasantly surprised by the room - but left with a feeling of being tricked - wont stay again unfortunately.
