Communication with the accommodation was non-existent despite my perseverance for 7 days calling and writing to them. I had a problem with the reservation that I could not manage due to their unfortunate customer service.

Aya and everyone at the accommodation are really nice, helpful and warm people. You felt totally comfortable with them.The rooms are large, air-conditioned - unfortunately the bathroom smells musty, the exhaust air only helps to a limited extent. The pool was clean, didn't stain any clothes and was quite large.We really liked the location, a bit away from the hustle and bustle, with the street next to it, but you could walk in quickly. Renting a scooter through the accommodation was also uncomplicated and very cheap (60K)

I booked a room for a night, but when I arrived it wasn't for me. It's a feeling of comfort I just didn't have to stay there.The low rating is mostly for how they treated me when I said I wasn't staying, BUT I did offer to pay. They said and angry "you get taxi self" when I asked for help with this... then they simply packed their stuff, didn't say anything to me and LEFT me standing there. My suitcase still upstairs (it is not easy to get). They just set it outside the room and literally ran away. They also said to all surrounding people not to help me. All of them pretended not to speak English. I spoke Bahasa and then they just turned their heads. I didn't even know they went away until 10 minutes after. It is horrible!!! You cannot leave a female solo traveler like that because you cannot handle someone doesn't like your place. Get your ego in check when you are in the hospitality business. I recommend against this place, bc it is not safe. If you do something they don't like, apparently, this is how you are treated.Remember, I offered to pay... I just didn't feel comfortable staying there. Which now I understand, this feeling from the second I walked in.
