To be clear my experience occurred over the MotoGP weekend (2024) and may be abnormal. My gripe is with the owner/management. Indeed I booked into a different hotel but the owner(of both) took it on to relocate me. OK, but then asked for payment for the transfer after being taken first to my original hotel then my replacement #2 hotel. Number 2 was fine but built on a large hill with long stairs and I was asked to walk and carry my bags to my room - somewhere near heaven it seemed to me! Nor were there any handrails or fall barriers. I have stuffed knees hence my choice of a flat hotel originally. Unhappy. Transport services were well overpriced indeed a rip off. From the hotel to Mandalika is 2-3 km, and I was charged $A75 for a two way trip. Was quoted that price for 3 days but they changed it to one day (mistake!). Room was unfinished (in construction) but presentable,large and overall spacious with excellent views. Breakfast was very average for Indonesia. Overall a very sour experience. I will not return to that hotel, nor the original booked hotel due to my experience with the owner/ management. If you’re young and fit, the stairs would be OK.

Wonderful stay. Nice rooms, nice breakfast, excellent friendly staff.New complex and that is palpable, but we would definitely recommend this accommodation!

Booked a room with two double beds for our family with two adults and two kids. We arrived at almost 3pm (check-in starts at 2pm) and were told not only is our room not ready (they let previous guests check-out late even though they had new guests coming?) but they don’t even offer rooms with two double beds.Why are they advertising rooms with two double beds if they don’t offer them at this hotel? Why wouldn’t they send us a message after receiving a booking for a room with two double beds and tell us that that isn’t available? Wouldn’t recommend 👎

The structure is new (therefore quite clean) and the staff is very kind and helpful. However:- the bathroom is always flooded due to the shower- we had a water leak from the ceiling above the sink- the hot water only lasts a few minutes and then it is cold, due to the very small boiler- Booking indicated the availability of additional beds, bathroom products and hairdryers, but these things were not present. In particular, the very strict owner did not want to give us an extra bed, even though it was available and even though another family traveling with us had been given one,- despite being a new structure, the sheets were stained and the towels worn, stained and old.- breakfast is ok but restaurant food is not good.- the structure is close to Kuta, but is surrounded by construction sites and works under construction and overlooks an industrial area (August 2024).- Wi-Fi is good only in some rooms and common areas.All this for a rather high price, so my opinion is not positive.

Amazing stay in Lombok! What a beautiful place and design, the service is very good and the family owners are very thoughtful. 4 min away from all the restaurants in Kuta
