Tias Villas on Lombok is a hidden gem! The villas are beautifully designed, surrounded by lush greenery, offering a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility.The location is ideal for exploring Lombok's stunning beaches. If you’re looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway, Tias Villas is the place to be!

First of all, the owner and the employees are extremely nice and accommodating. There is a minibar, there are disposable toothbrushes, there is a hairdryer, the bathroom with a tub and rain shower is amazing!, the architecture is wonderful! We were informed in advance about construction noise, which didn't really bother us because it wasn't particularly loud. Why the deduction of 2 stars: the furniture and boxes are very outdated or showing their age. The price, in contrast to the villas we were in before (and which were better in our opinion), was the highest. the pool is very small but there is a lounger. It feels like you're just paying for the architecture, which is wonderful. It was a nice experience, all things considered. We wouldn't book it again.

Too expensive for the area where it is, we told them to come and clean the pool but nothing, they cleaned it a little bit and on top of that breakfast is not included for breakfast there is a hostel next door called Kaniu, super economical and with an impeccable pool

Very beautiful villa, the swimming pool, the outdoor lounge, nothing to say, everything is top notch

Stayed here for 5 nights. Will rate only things related to the Villa.Cons:1. Shower hole clogged multiple times throughout the stay.2. Renovation on neighbouring villas started at 7.30am. Unreasonable to hack and knock the under construction villa at 7.30am. Be considerate.3. Electric outage past midnight, the night guard have no clue what to do. So we just wait for the morning shift worker to reset the fusebox.4. Toilet door lock doesn’t make sense. A key to lock the toilet door? That’s a flaw. A simple door knob will do, not a key hole for a toilet slide door.5. Construction flaw especially on the sliding door ground floor. Ground floor opening blocked by a pillar, and the sliding door end not closed/shut so bugs can enter freely.6. For a new constructed villa, things like kitchen table already have wine stains.Pros:1. The receptionist is friendly.2. Location wise is close to beach and cafe, just need to go out the small road to the main road.3. Looks pretty from the outside. Instagram friendly.4. Bed is comfy to my liking. Aircond just nice.Note on Villa surrounding:1. Every day you’re gonna smell the burning rubbish around the compound because of the surrounding residence/villagers practicing open burning. Some ashes flew into the swimming pool.2. Mosque plays the sound prayers as early as 4.30am-5am. Last around 15mins-30mins each session. 5 times a day.3. Throughout my stay, i hear karaoke session once and it was on Sunday. Maybe it happens only on Sunday can’t confirm.

This villa really feels like a dream, everything is really beautiful, the staff welcomed us warmly and always helped us with all the needs we wanted, thank you, Tias and Team we will definitely be back🙌🏻
