Read this before booking please!We have traveled across the world to go to this alleged 'beautiful villa' to chill and explore Kuta Lombok. The villa is at a quite far distance from the main road, which took the local taxi around about 10-15 minutes from the main road. The road is horrible, rocky sleeps, no lights and scary with a lot of stray dogs. Even the local taxi driver said 'Did you already pay? Why go here?' A lot of construction sites along the road which can be very noisy.On arrival at the villa the place looked abandoned, two construction sites in both sides of the villa, the guard was not speaking English. The local taxi driver said 'I will wait here for you, check if it is ok for you'. We went inside, the villa was like the photos, but not very clean.We had booked a motorcycle but we're not able to leave the villa because of the bad road. This is our third time in Bali/Lombok so we are quite familiar with 'bad roads' but nothing like compares to this road. We were totally not feeling comfortable and not being able to leave the villa by motorcycle totally ruined our plans. So we left and booked another hotel.I've spoken with the host but she is not willing to refund or compensate at all. Very disappointed.I've made a lot of pictures for you guys so you know what to encounter on booking this villa. I wish someone had done the same, because then I wouldn't have booked this villa.Best regards

I didn't expect the road to the villa to be bad, but once you enter the villa it's really nice. And even though it's hidden like that, the contents are still nice

Very good... the facilities are really complete, even there is a hair dryer. Amenities, towels, everything is complete, right down to kitchen spices. Worth to try & really recommend for a staycation together. The owner is also very helpful. The entrance road is still not good but it's all worth it when you get there. Continued success at Kintsugi Villa 🥹

Find hidden gems around the Mandalika circuit. This 2 bedroom villa offers complete comfort and facilities. The location that goes inside and away from the hustle and bustle does not reduce its privileges. For those of you who don't like crowds, are introverts, but like private gatherings with family/colleagues, just come here, guys! Once you arrive you don't want to go anywhere. Just stay here all day. If you want to eat, you can cook it yourself, there's a stove, pan and magic jar. complete. If you want to have a barbecue, you will also be given the tools. Confused about whether there is a signal? The wifi is fast. Want to watch? There's Netflix, YouTube and the like available on each room's TV and the TV in the main room. Until we ourselves look for what's not here, it's so complete 🤣. If there's a device that doesn't work, it's not because it's broken, it's because we're technologically clueless. hahaha..so far everything is working well, nothing is missing. The price is really worth it! This January there is a promo for only 950k. God willing, security is guaranteed because there is Mr. Madar who is ready to call at any time. The admin/owner himself is very helpful, friendly and not complicated when chatting. In my experience, several villas have various terms and conditions (not wrong but a bit complicated for me). The point is to feel at home while in this villa. So, if you're confused about where to stay for a vacation and those are the options, try here! You won't regret it 👍
