We picked this hotel because it was close to the airport. We knew it wasn't going to be great. The room felt like I was camping. I could hear every noise outside. Also inside our house were mosquitos, ants, cockroaches, spiders and lizards. The spiders were all over and it was hard to sleep as we keep waiting for something to jump on us. There was also poop on the bed from these insects/animals. The worst experience of all was the bathroom. There was human poop in the toilet and when I opened it up I saw human poop being eaten by ants. There was a tub full of water that had the worst smell as if it had been setting there for months. We tried to shower and the water was cold and there wasn't a blow dryer. The towels also smelled old and wet. Please do yourself a favor and sleep somewhere else. I'd rather have just slept in a tent or even a car.

Each room is separate with a unique design and beautiful environment..Location near the airport near souvenir shops & restaurants...The most important thing is that the service from Sahnun, the innkeeper, was very good and friendly. I asked for help to be picked up at the airport and his brother didn't ask for a fee (but you know, hehe)In the morning between walks looking for food etc. and when I was packing to climb Rinjani I was equipped with the basic weapon (black coffee) 🥹, at the saung table there was bread/snacks & drinks provided and my brother was really fun to chat with as if I had known him for years and there was 24 hour guard so no worry…As a result, when I returned from climbing, I stayed there again and brought 4 friends 🤝and the last one, before he arrived home, his brother was already chatting and asking if he had arrived or not🥹Thank you bro for the service & experience that I probably wouldn't get in accommodation that is said to be "modern" nowadays

The location is easy to reach because it is right on the side of the road. The accommodation is not very spacious, it could be said to be narrow. There is no garden. Each room is separate and shaped like a wooden house on stilts. There was only one guard who couldn't speak English. Free wifi🆓📶. Prices are a bit expensive for its class

Cool, the guard is really friendly. Complete facilities, watermelon is provided, in the morning there is a fried breakfast, just make coffee and tea, borrow a motorbike to go to the minimarket, near the airport. Bathroom tiles made from small stones, can be a natural therapy, coincidentally they come from Rinjani, so they're delicious haha. I like sitting downstairs watching TV rather than in bed, leaning under the window and opening the door. Ha ha. There is an air conditioner but I don't use it because the environment is cool and fresh 🍃 the father said it was still new, about 6 months old, which is extraordinary. Hopefully you can get to know the owner
