Room are small, sevice only avail during working hr, so you need to be well prepared and independent. Hotel orientation a bit odd so they cant maximize their advantage location being on top of the hill. Pool is decent, staff are friendly. Restaurant last order closed early.Ordering food from outside is challenging, some place simply canceled after long wait and mostly closed early.

AVOID THIS PLACE!we went there today and I ordered chicken taliwang and the chicken was UNDERCOOKED, THE BLOOD IS CAME OUT FROM THE CHICKEN WHEN I SLICE THE MEAT and I called the staff there to check the chicken out and he put back the chicken in the oven, after a while the staff came to our table and bring me the chicken back , and the chicken was OVERCOOKED chewy like RUBBER. I called the staff and told him about the chicken and the other 2 staff came to me and BLAMED ME AND SAID IT WAS MY FAULT TO PUT THE UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN BACK TO THE OVEN BACK, HOW RUDE! I told them to try the overcooked chicken but they didnβt. Here I took the picture of the dry chewy chicken rubber . Absolutely terrible, donβt even try to come here . Absolutely rude staff telling me to eat undercooked blood chicken . I wish I took a pic of the undercooked chicken but I didnβt

Excellent hotel and excellent staff. I really don't understand the bad reviews it has. The location is phenomenal, quiet and peaceful. I think whoever comes to Indonesia should be more than aware that the transportation here is the motorcycle. In addition, the roads to get to the hotel are quite good (like any European road), which is appreciated, since, for example in Bali, they are not like that at all.The hotel is fantastic, very beautiful inside and out. Wonderful pool and very cozy living areas. The restaurant is spectacular, all the food is really good. The staff is wonderful, very attentive and helpful, and very friendly, they are always there if you need them. Special mention to Fa'i, very good person and very friendly and close! The stay here has been fantastic.

Very nice hotel located on the mountain.Staff is mostly friendly. Unfortunately we don't always have what's on the menu in stock.The rooms are nice, but there is a lack of storage space.The pool could also be maintained a little better.

Domes is a great stay, with interesting architecture, incredible sunset view.Room was really clean, pool a vibe, restaurant super tasty. Location a bit far from town.. But doesnβt seem that that's such a bad thing..All round, top!

The architecture and decoration of the hotel are superb, the swimming pool is great, the view is breathtaking.To get around, you will need to rent a scooter from the hotel (80K idr).Kuta is 15/20 mins away.The rooms are pretty but small and have no storage.The service, although the team is very nice, is not up to par.No one collects dishes that have been consumed in public spaces, sometimes for more than 24 hours.We have the impression of being a nuisance when we make a request to the staff.Furthermore, upon our arrival although we had booked a deluxe room, we were allocated a standard room, under the pretext that the titles on booking were incorrect, no action on the part of the hotel.The catering is ok, the dishes are pretty and good but the portions are small.My friend got salmonella food poisoning after eating stale tuna in a pokebowl.In short, the hotel appears to correspond to a luxury hotel but certain criteria need to be reviewed.

Juices diluted with water. More wine during our stay.Far from Kuta, nothing around the hotel except beautiful beaches. Very expensive taxi prices.Beautiful overflowing swimming pool, and beautiful view with a beautiful sunset.Rounded up the price although close to the bottom.Overall, the value for money is poor.Lack of amenities in the rooms (example: coffee, tea, pool towels).We arrived at the hotel early in the evening and requested the rental of a scooter to take us to Kuta in the evening. The price was for a full day and for 2 hours only. Despite our request for a reduced price given the duration of the rental, no gesture was granted. The second day of our stay we rented the scooter for the day. Returning to the hotel at the end of the day, before leaving for Kuta, the reception told us that the scooter had to be returned by 9 p.m. which had never been indicated to me. Given our insistence on being able to enjoy our evening in the city, they exceptionally agreed to let us have it until midnight at the latest.

Amazing experience. As a Singaporean who grew up in a noisy, busy and bustling environment. Dome Lombok is a place where I rejuvenate with peace and quiet. There wasn't any crowd or loud vehicles. The food is amazing for the price and scrumptious. The only thing is you need to know how to handle a scooter as the resort is on a hill. Else you have to climb or pay taxi/grab to go up. And there aren't any shopping malls to shop at but there are convenience shops nearby. Otherwise it's a perfect location to chill and relax.

Dome Lombok and its restaurant look exactly like the photos! Magical and exotic, with a stunning view of the sunset. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and attentive, assisting with booking transport services and sorting out our laundry at an affordable fee.I ate most of my meals at Dome restaurant because the food was absolutely delicious. Their Gado Gado and Mee Goreng were amazing! I was lucky to be there on a Saturday night to catch the bonfire and seafood BBQ dinner. The staff were very attentive, checking if we needed anything else. The restaurant faces a beautiful sunset view and a stunning sea view.I will stay there again in a heartbeat! Will book more nights with them next time.

The restaurant opens at 1 p.m. we arrived at noon. No one came to see us to at least take our drink order (I went there at 1 p.m.). I asked for my dish without cucumber, it arrived with it. In short... not phew

Great view, good food, nice pool.
Terrible wifi, rude kitchen staff (some of them shouldn't have a client-facing role), low service level (I found a hair in the butter served with my meal; got another portion of butter but never heard any "sorry" and they didn't seem bothered).
